I really like this, the colour is fabulous. It’s a dark vintage rose, slightly too dark and chic to be a nude, but soft enough to be worn when you feel like wearing a nude. I find it can really ‘dress up’ a look – the way a red lipstick does, but without having to go all out.
The texture’s great, it glides on effortlessly but isn’t so creamy that you can’t wear a lipstick sealer comfortably over it.
Not too sure on the lip highlight, I rarely ever use it. I find the pink is too creamy to wear the highlight over it, it’ll just smudge it slightly without adding much shine at all. Better use a powder to achieve that desired effect. I do like it as a highlight for my cupid’s bow, though.
That said, the colour is that good that I have and will repurchase, even though I only use half the product.

This a a great neutral colour. i really like the thickness of the pencil. I think that the shimmery end is tacky so I do not use it xxx

I do love the Marvelips pencil, it is a really good product that has become a regular in my make up routine. Its a chunky double ended pencil with a nude rose colour one end and the other end a silvery shimmery cream to act as a lip highlight. I line the lips with the rose end and fill them in then put a dab on the highlight colour on the centre of my bottom lip and on my cupids bow and its just perfection. It last ages, its almost like a lipstain in that even after drinking or eating it lasts on the lips for several hours with a nice nude tint. I think the only thing I would say I dislike about the product is that it smells horrific! Normally I love the S&G scent but this just smells really strange, almost minty but with a chalky texture, its just a really indescribable but not nice smell. Other than that though, I would definitely repurchase and recommend.

I cannot live without my marvelips pencil.
The main colour is like a vintage rose, the highlighter end really adds volume to your pout when used on the cupid’s bow. Lovely fuller looking lips.
I will be buying more crayon like lippys from now on.
The only thing that annoys me is the lack of staying power. After about two drinks I’ll probs need to reapply.
This colour seems intense so lighter shades are a must 🙂

I love this product simply because of the amazing staying power. It lasts through eating and drinking. It can last me a good few hours which is more than most high end lip products do! I am a massive fan of this product, I wish it came in more colours.
You also don’t need that much product. I’ve used this loads of times but I hardly ever need to sharpen it which means the product lasts so much longer! I love it.

Though S&G is no longer sold in the US they will be announcing their new US distributor in September <3 I got this chunky double ended lip pencil in a set at Target when they were clearing out their S&G stock. you use the pink part as the coloring for a rosied sort of MLBB color. It's universally flattering as far as I have seen. The other end of the pencil is a slightly glossy microshimmer that is designed to accent your lip shape and make them look more voluptuous. It works for me and the price was fantastic (even before the sale it was worth the pric IMO!) It has a light cocoa/sweet scent which I don't mind. It's a good alternative to those spicy burning plumper glosses, because it gives shape/definition/fullness to your lips, but they aren't bright red and burning lol. It is also more versatile than those types of plumping products because it is matte/satin on it's own and can be layered with lipgloss if you choose.
