I bought this in Peony Pink which is a bright coral-pink. This has fairly dense pigmentation in a fairly light formula, but I don’t think it’s entirely sheer. Maybe if you apply super-lightly, but I always tend to end up with an opaque lip when I apply from the tube. (The tube is very nice, thick, frosted glass.)
Transfer resistant and long-wearing, does wear off with food. Reapplies fine and without patchiness but it does build up to a thicker layer around the edges which can look a bit chalky after a few applications.
To avoid that chalkiness I did some experimenting and finally found my preferred way to wear this. I apply some in the center of my bottom lip then dab it in well with my finger for more of a lip tint appearance. Still clear and bright but not as chalky as it can look at full strength. I would even buy the poppy red to try in the future. Really cute look.
