I’m a very pink lippy girl, I must own every shade of pink going, but this doesn’t always go with an outfit nor do I want to do bold eyes and lips so I wanted something that gave my lips a colour and went with everything.
I haven’t had a nude lipstick before but the lady at Chanel showed me all the different nudes and I picked this one to try as it was more of a pink nude! It’s amazing the colour is lovely and very different to the nudes a lot of people wear like velvet teddy By Mac.
Every time I wear this I get comments asking what lipstick is it and people saying its a nice colour and it’s exactly what they are looking for. The pinkiness of the lipstick give it that shine and not a boring skin like nude.
I wear this with the natural 34 lip liner and put on with a lip brush at the start of the day I have found it lasts longer when applying with a brush then all it needs is a little touch up using the lipstick after eating and towards the end of the day.
I think this will be the first lipstick I finish with in months of owning it!

BEST nude lipstick I ever tried.
for reference I’m NC 30. This is the exact hue I’m looking for. Classy and sophisticated.
The texture is creamy. Not too shiny or matte. It won’t be the spotlight of your makeup but it subtly add some magic to your overall look.
*FYI if you have similar NC25-30 skintone and are interested in Chanel lipsticks, I also recommend rouge coco shine 46 & 62.

I own Pensive, Mademoiselle, Julia & Adrienne lipsticks, all very similar yet all different. Adrienne is a creamy pale beige w peach. It has no frost. I was concerned reading how “sheer” supposedly some of the Chanel lipsticks are but I’ve not found them to be particularly sheered out for a HE brand. MAC is my usual lipstick brand but regarding Chanel I’m more of a Glossimers girl but I think Mademoiselle is my fave out of the bunch coz I got it first followed by Pensive then recent acquisitions Julia & Adrienne. I say if you like nude lipsticks go for these but if nude/MLBB nude aren’t your thing then skip. This color is right up my alley so I’m not returning it (all 4 of my Chanel lipsticks were blind buys) or any of them but only 1 is really necessary coz yes they are similar. But hey Chanel is all about over consumerism lol 😉

At first glance this colour didn’t look right for me. But I saw so many different swatches of this that I just had to try it anyway. And I’m happy I did. It’s a gorgeous nude shade with peachy undertones, very flattering despite it being lighter than I would I normally use. Formula is outstanding, very creamy, not too shimmery nor too matte. Perfect everyday nude!

Whew, Chanel had me worried there for a bit because all of the new Rouge Cocos that I’ve tried were super sheer and slippery without much staying power. Fortunately, Adrienne is more pigmented and has lasted through my morning cups of coffee, breakfast, and several cups of water so far. This is probably my favorite Rouge Coco of the revamped formula because it’s a MLBB shade, similar to the old Mademoiselle in that it’s a mix of rosy pink and peach. (haven’t tried the new version yet, but it looks darker than the previous, boo) It should be flattering on a variety of skin tones and is pigmented enough to cover the rosiness of my lips.
