– The color is beautiful.
Cons:
– The pigmentation is so low. You need to swipe at least twice just to adequately cover the natural lip color.
– It is advertised as matte but it is only semi-matte at best.
– It doesn’t last very long on the lips, and frequent reapplication is necessary.
I simply wish Maybelline released a peach or a warm pink on their Creamy Mattes line, but this will do until I find another drugstore option.

This comes under the new rosy matte range. I like the rose gold packaging in this range. Its soooo futuristic yet elegant. I must say I tend to buy stuffs with nice packaging!!!! The lipstick is a dark pink shade. If you like BB sandwash pink, you `ll like this. This shade is a tad darker with a lustre finish and not matte as the name suggest.
The other colors ‘Apricot Beige’, ‘Salmon Pink’ looked too light for me, on my NC35-37 tone, whilst the color ‘Soft Pink’ looked too disco-retro matte pale pink 70`s on me!! So I picked ‘Rosy Peach’ altho it looks pink on me!! There`s no peach in this baby…. Its feels comfortable, lasts during meals and humid climates.
I see myself wearing this nice wearable summer shade for weddings and day wear. It doesn’t feather like most mattes but then again it feels/looks semi- matte. Its a drug store brand with drug store price so I’m not complaining about anything, yet it has this high end packaging look. These days I find the quality of drug store brands improving.
