Terrible quality, while the colour looks good, it applies terribly and it’s very patchy. Literally smacking my lips together erases the colour, it’s terrible and it does not last for more than 5 minutes on the lips! Really disappointed. It also needs a lot of application to build up colour and you end up applying too much lipstick to build up any colour, which bleeds very fast afterwards!

Disgusting color. Horribly patchy and not as moisturizing as the usual. I am not a fan, this will be returned.

This is an outstanding lipstick. I never wear it alone, but mixed with almost any other color, it makes the color — no matter how glaringly bright or hopelessly sheer — lovely. I often use a color that I don’t like on the bottom lip and then use a lip brush to put Chocolicious on the top lip and then blend. I have rarely been disappointed. It mostly just tones down the brightness or adds depth and gives the whole application lasting power. I love it.

Really really NOT good. At all. Lovely colour but rubbish pay off, goes on patchy, have to go over and over to build any colour at all.
Wouldn’t re-purchase, straight in the bin.
Shame as the shade is lovely!

Chocolicious is a beautiful warm-brown cream. Gorgeous worn alone or mixed with other colors. Purchased after reading a good review in Essence magazine. So glad I did. Creamy texture. Simple and classic packaging. Have one tube in desk at work. Always have another tube that stays in my purse with L’Oreal Liya’s Nude, light & dark brown lipliners. Cost me $8

I really wanted to LOVE this lipstick. At the store it swatched on beautifully on my hand – a gorgeous deep brown. But on my lips it is not as pigmented. I would say it is only semi-opaque, and I have to do multiple layers to get the colour I want. It glides on smoothly like all other Revlon’s SL creme line, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the sheen in this colour. It also fades somewhat unevenly after eating/drinking, leaving a patchy stain.
It feels really nice on the lips, I just don’t think I suit this colour very well.
I got this on sale when Chemist Warehouse (in Aus) was having 50% off, otherwise I definitely wouldn’t buy it for full price here at ~AU$22

Love love love It!! Its smooth and nonsticky and I just love the brown color and how it looks on my light skin.

Revlon is the best low end brand of lipstick available, in my opinion. This color is a medium/dark true milk chocolate on my and looks fabulous!! Creamy, no shimmer, beautiful! And at $4.50 a pop – can’t go wrong!!!

I love the color of this lipstick! A deep, beautiful brown. However, it doesn’t stay on in a normal way. I end up with a weird line of no lipstick in the middle while the top and bottom of my lips stil have nice pigment. I have never had that happen with a lipstick before. My lid broke off also. I do like the color though. I am not sure I would repurchase.

I never pictured myself being able to pull off an ever-so-slightly sheer dark brown lipstick without looking like a kid who got into a batch of molten chocolate, or…worse. But this lipstick has once again proven that Revlon Super Lustrous is my go-to line for experimenting with a new color. It’s a new shade, and although I like a lighter brown like their other new color Mink better on myself (Mink is also a bit more opaque, by the way), Chocolicious is a great alternative to dark red for a night out or whenever you want a lipstick that’s bold but somehow subdued and not screamingly bright. I liked the look so much that I wore it to the opera this winter.
Dark brown with a hint of sheerness somehow works better on me than dark red with the same. And the slight gold shimmer you see on the bullet is not at all apparent on my lips.
Like many dark neutral-ish colors, would probably look great on anyone with very dark hair and eyes.
