This is the best lipstick formula I have ever tried…

It takes a lot to rip me away from the Revlon long lasting Coral lipsticks and the fabulous plastic look Dior Lip Glosses… I was already buying the new Lauder foundation when I decided to try this shade at the counter on Saturday.
I have to say, out of the hundreds of nudes I’ve tried over the years, this shade is bang on. I recently dyed my hair to a very rich milk chocolate with iced mink high lights, I have 1c1 – 2CN1 shaded skin with blue eyes – this shade is extremely pretty and yet classy with a hint of pink.
4 lippies because it’s not long lasting…. and why is it slightly drying my lips out about 3 hours later…? I plonk the Soap & Glory Lip Pump over the top when this happens.
If this shade could be made to have more staying power yet with that creamy texture, I’d give it 5 stars.
NB: I felt this shade and the Coral shade to be the only ones I’d ever wear out of the Envy range.

I pined over this for weeks. I even broke my ‘no more lipstick’ low-buy rule just for this product. Sad to say, I’m going to return it because the formulation dries my lips out like crazy and accentuates every lip line. The color is very similar (maybe a hint more pink) to L’Oreal Fairest Nude, which is one of my favorites.

This is definitely the most expensive lipstick that I own, but it is absolutely lovely. The packaging is so luxe; the magnetic closure is such a nice touch and it’s very secure. The formula itself is beautiful. It’s very creamy and comfortable to wear and fairly moisturizing. It lasts quite a long time on the lips. The colour is beautiful for every day, a very opaque neutral pink. I love it for every day. The colour range is impressive and it’s really difficult to pick a colour because they’re all so lovely. For a splurge, these are wonderful.
