This is such a beautiful color. I was put off by the name, because I usually don’t go for magentas or other bright colors, but something told me to give it a try.
I’m so glad I did, because the color walks the delicate tightrope between uniqueness and over-the-top gaudiness perfectly. This is safe for work, but can be used for a night for a night on the town too, so it gets extra marks for its versatility.
On the whole, Maybelline’s Color Sensational lipsticks are great quality, especially for the price. Oh, and it’s not drying at all. In fact, it applies kind of creamy, which is another pleasant surprise. 🙂
When you get a matte lipstick, it’s kind of hit-or-miss sometimes. Even with high end brands, matte lipsticks can be too drying or make your lips look chapped. But you don’t have to worry with this particular lipstick.

I’ve been looking for a warm-toned magenta for ages and THIS IS IT!
Looks beautiful on my asian skin.
Too many magenta lipsticks are either too blue or too purple, which makes me look sickly. So I’m really glad Maybelline released a warm-toned magenta lippie.
I’ve always been a fan of Maybelline’s Color Sensational line and their Creamy Matte line lives up to expectation.
Great color pay off, lasts through a couple of meals and is comfortable enough to wear all day.

This is a beautiful color. On my lips it looks like a dupe for Mac’s flat out fabulous. Which is good because that’s a favorite of mine. For a matte it’s very creamy, l love how it feels on my lips. It isn’t too drying. And it lasted for hours. I wore it all day. I love this lipstick and will rebuy.
