I have among the brand-new tones, in the brand-new packaging – Skin-ny Dipping. The updated product packaging is miles better than the previous product packaging, which was unpleasant as well as discouraging to utilize because the lids constantly clipped the bullet whenever you opened them. The brand-new packaging is straightforward, yet extremely quite! Skin-ny Dipping is the * exact * very same shade as my lips … a neutral/pink nude. I searched for years for a naked that matched my lipcolor, to just give me a much more polished, yet still natural look … and also this is it!!! The formula and also tones were fine-tuned, and also now the lipstick is much less drying out. For $2.99, I will absolutely be grabbing a bolder shade soon (perhaps Red wine Space?). Love this lipstick. from the product packaging, to the formula, to the shades! Will repurchase!

On very first swipe, Damp N Wild Megalast lipsticks supply remarkably high coloring, a remarkably padded feel and look to the lips, and also a strongly rich top quality to the lips and also total want to the extent that a person might, upon initial appearance, justifiably presume the lipstick much more expensive than they ought.
Though the entire line has truly outstanding efficiency (sliding on efficiently, relaxing easily on the lips, remaining in area for at the very least 4 hours, diminishing perfectly with a gorgeous discolor) with spectacular shades, the best quality lipsticks in the line that are so great it’s striking are Mochalicious, Cinnamon Flavor, Spiked with Rum, Sandstorm, Spotlight Red, Purty Persimmon, Cherry Bomb, Sugar Plum Fairy and Cherry Picking. These lipsticks go on with extreme pigmentation that much surpass the expense. You can layer all of the lipsticks in the line on for even more intense pigment as well as they layer well, pleasantly as well as creamy. These lipsticks are a longstanding staple in the drugstore as well as with good reason.
I think about these lipsticks awesome whether compared to pharmacy or high end. The color choice alone– from a pale nude to a brownish nude to a reddish tone naked to a yellow toned naked to a mauve to a pink naked to a dusty terracotta nude to a peach nude– is huge by any requirement. Not to mention the multiple tones of red, orange, pink, purple, coral and also dark shades. For all these options to be in one line (particularly because Wet N Wild has other lines of lipsticks) deserves noting especially thinking about the length of time these lipsticks have been around, being one of the lengthiest standing lipstick lines in the drugstore, one that many of us when called our initial lipstick. The range of shades (as well as particularly colors that catered to all), maybe much more plentiful now, was extra limited in times past, so kudos to Wet N Wild for being ahead of their time.
The surface and also structure of these lipsticks are likewise Quality A in the grand system of things. In pictures one can see that these lipsticks really stand out on the lips, offering an overall luxurious texture, making the lips look fuller, plumper, much more noticable. On top of that, the vividness as well as vibrancy of the color takes the impact to one more level.
My favored lipsticks in the line are 24 Carrot Gold (a brilliant, light, nearly neon orange) and also Simply Peachy (a peachy pink neutral). On my deep dark skin tone I line and also blend these shades with Simma Down Brown pencil from Wet N Wild, any dark brownish pencil or an additional darker shade I have, in order to alleviate the change from my skin tone to the lip color. Other complexions may use a darker neutral shade or a darker version of the color used, in order to provide a proper transition. Lining your lips also provides more meaning to your lips.
Damp N Wild Megalast Lip Shade is a well-beloved line of lipstick. I would maintain it in a lipstick situation to maintain it secure as it has a rather delicate product packaging. I would recommend this product to those newly getting involved in makeup and also those that just want a remarkable, well-performing lipstick. These are vibrant and also brilliant lipsticks that can be used to any type of event. I also delight in these lipsticks on a bare face. They stand out beautifully. Many years later on, I am still pleased.

Some good colours. However, with this type of price, don’t also consider getting your hopes up when it involves the product packaging as well as high quality of the lipsticl. The product packaging is the worse I’ve seen.

The formula and shades were tweaked, and now the lipstick is much less drying. For $2.99, I will absolutely be picking up a bolder color soon (maybe Wine Room?). On first swipe, Wet N Wild Megalast lipsticks provide impressively high pigmentation, an insanely cushiony look and feel to the lips, and a powerfully rich quality to the lips and overall look to the extent that one might, upon first look, justifiably assume the lipstick more expensive than they ought.
Though the entire line has truly outstanding performance (gliding on smoothly, resting comfortably on the lips, staying in place for at least 4 hours, wearing off beautifully with a gorgeous stain) with stunning colors, the highest quality lipsticks in the line that are so good it’s striking are Mochalicious, Cinnamon Spice, Spiked with Rum, Sandstorm, Spotlight Red, Purty Persimmon, Cherry Bomb, Sugar Plum Fairy and Cherry Picking. These lipsticks go on with intense pigmentation that far exceed the cost. You can layer all of the lipsticks in the line on for even more intense pigment and they layer well, comfortably and creamy. These lipsticks are a longstanding staple in the drugstore and with good reason.
I consider these lipsticks formidable whether compared to drugstore or high end. The color selection alone–from a pale nude to a brown nude to a reddish tone nude to a yellow toned nude to a mauve to a pink nude to a dusty terracotta nude to a peach nude–is vast by any standard. Not to mention the multiple shades of red, orange, pink, purple, coral and dark shades. For all these options to be in one line (especially since Wet N Wild has other lines of lipsticks) is worth noting particularly considering how long these lipsticks have been around, being one of the longest standing lipstick lines in the drugstore, one that many of us once called our first lipstick. The variety of colors (and especially colors that catered to all), perhaps more abundant now, was more scarce in times past, so kudos to Wet N Wild for being ahead of their time.
The finish and texture of these lipsticks are also Grade A in the grand scheme of things. In photos one can see that these lipsticks truly pop on the lips, giving an overall luxurious texture, making the lips look fuller, plumper, more pronounced. On top of that, the vividness and vibrancy of the shade takes the effect to another level.
My favorite lipsticks in the line are 24 Carrot Gold (a bright, light, almost neon orange) and Just Peachy (a peachy pink neutral). On my deep dark skin tone I line and blend these colors with Simma Down Brown pencil from Wet N Wild, any dark brown pencil or another darker shade I have, in order to ease the transition from my skin tone to the lip color. Other complexions may use a darker neutral color or a darker version of the color applied, in order to provide a proper transition. Lining your lips also provides more definition to your lips.
Wet N Wild Megalast Lip Color is a well-beloved line of lipstick. I would keep it in a lipstick case to keep it safe as it has a rather fragile packaging. I would recommend this product to those newly getting into makeup and those who simply want an amazing, well-performing lipstick. These are bold and bright lipsticks that can be worn to any event. I even enjoy these lipsticks on a bare face. They pop gorgeously. So many years later, I am still impressed.

Some nice colours. However, with this kind of price, don’t even think about getting your hopes up when it comes to the packaging and quality of the lipsticl. The packaging is the worse I’ve seen.

I have bought several over the years starting in Spring 2010 and I will NEVER buy these again.
First off, it is a very cheaply made lipstick hence why it is so cheap in stores.
I have noticed these get a metallic green sheen on them EVEN if they are unopened.
They also get little white spots on them and the lipstick smells funny, like clay/playdoh.
They are very very drying on the lips even if lip balm is applied and they also seep into the cracks of your lips.
The caps on these is another issue- the cap cracks very easily and they are not makeup bag friendly.
If they come off in your makeup bag, the lipcolor will stain the inside of your makeup bag.
It is impossible to not knick the lipstick when you put the cap back on therefore getting lipstick all over the inside of the cap and on the sides if the lipstick.
These also have a tendency to bleed outside your lips as well.
If you eat and/ or drink something prepare to reapply your lipstick.
The only pro is the pretty colors.

I purchased one colour from this line over a year ago, and I can say that I am still in love with this product line! I purchasedDark Wine 536A. With one swipe the colour payoff for Dark Wine is all you need. The formula of these lipsticks is perfect! Not too drying, and not too smooth where it would smear when eating or drinking. I often times do not have to reapply this formula after eating. One downside to this product line is that you will need a lipliner to prevent feathering. They do not feather as much as other brands have for me, but I would still recommend lining for a clean look.
Pros:
-moisturizing
-food resistant
-longlasting
-highly pigmented
Cons:
-highly recommend using a lipliner

I swear….I’m OBSESSED with this line of lipsticks! Spiked with Rum roped me in, then In the Flesh, now I have the Mocha-licious shade, and I love them all! Mocha-licious is a lovely brown with some rosy tones to it (darker than I expected, but I love it!). In the Flesh is a YLBB pink. It’s my least favorite of the three because the color doesn’t work as well for me as the other two colors. Spiked with Rum is a deeper rum shade that is the perfect dark(ish) shade that’s still not too garish for work. It’s hard to describe Spiked with Rum. It’s like pink, red, plum, and brown mixed together, I swear! It’s my favorite shade of lipstick, and it looks like it was made for my skin tone. I apply these over Burt’s Bees lip balms and I find that they last quite a long time. They don’t dry my lips out either, and I reapply throughout the day, after meals, etc. I’m in love!

A solid lipstick for the price… I see many complaints about the packaging. Sure, it’s not fancy and hits the side of the lipstick but for me personally it’s not a deal breaker.
The formula itself is a little drying and causes creases on my lips. This is easily fixed by putting some lip balm on underneath but this compromises the longevity. The bottom sticker does not match the actual product whatsoever but there are a few lovely browns and nude-pinks that I like to collect.

Wet n’ Wild Mega Last Lipsticks are THE WORST lipsticks I have ever purchased and used.
Here is Why:
1. The lipsticks smell like Playdoh.
Who wants their lipsticks to smell like they have already expired?
2. The formula is very very drying
3. The lipsticks get a metallic green sheen on them even when they are unopened. (especially the red colors).
4. The lipstick seeps into the cracks of your lips
5. The clear cap cracks really easily
6. It is impossible to not nick the lipstick when you are trying to put the cap back on, leaving you with lipstick smeared on the inside and outside the tube.
7. If you tote these around in your makeup bag or purse, the cap might come off, staining the inside of your makeup bag or purse.
Seriously, these are NOT worth the money just for the pretty colors.
Save your money and spend a few more dollars on Revlon or Maybelline Lipsticks instead.

WetnWild products have newly b been available where I live and as a girl who LOVES matte lipsticks,I had to try them.right now I have one(Mocha-licious,which is lovely medium-dark,but more on the medium side chocobrown) but I’m definitely going to buy more.(In The Flesh,Spiked with Rum,Cinnamon Spice,Sand Storm and Hard it up are the next shades I wanna buy)
These lipsticks are semi-matte IMHO,I won’t call them super matte by any means are they’re definitely non-drying and have creamy texture.for refrence Golden Rose Velvet Matte Lipsticks have a dry formula and are really matte.I love super matte lipsticks that have dry texture but I also like creamy, semi matte ones like WetnWild Megalast as they have good pigmentation, don’t feel heavily greasy on lips and have very good longevity.they also don’t look patchy and don’t accentuate texture of lip unless you have superdry lips.as someone who loves dry, matte lipsticks I know that I should use lipbalm every night and exfoliate my lips at least two times per month (I use a toothbrush and a homemade scrub(made of honey, brown sugar and coconut oil) to do that
I don’t like to use lip balm before wearing lipstick because it makes it even less matte.I have to use lip liner with these lipsticks because there’s no way to define lip’s frame by the lipstick alone
Megalast lipsticks provide a wide range of colors to choose from and they’re just 3$.another plus is that they last pretty well and don’t transfer badly but sometimes it stains my teeth when I first apply it if I don’t be careful
The only CON which is unfortunately very annoying is their packaging.it’s cap isn’t tight enough and comes out each time I put it in my bag.it’s crazy that the lipsticks doesn’t go completely inside the tube.there’s a big chance of breaking or ruining my whole makeup bag each time it decaps inside my bag..the packaging also becomes messy no matter how much I try to replace the cap carefully.they really need to change the packaging.it’s a big shame that such a good lipstick comes in such an awful packaging

(Edited)
Now that i’ve tried more lipsticks, i changed my mind about the megalast lip colors.
1) It’s super drying. I used lip balm beforehand in order for me wear these lipsticks. but ended up looking like a shiny lipstick or wearing lip gloss topper when the main intention was being a matte lipstick.
2) It’s the least creamy lipstick i’ve ever tried. It’s really hard and hurt the lips when i tried applying it without applying lip balm beforehand.
3) True, it is pigmented but since the lip balm made it shiny, of course it faded a bit by the end of the day (well i’m not really a lip licker in the first place)
4) The packaging really sucks. It cracks easily, sometimes the cap removed by itself when i brought it in my bag and the lipsticks tends to stain to the insides of the cap because of the cheap packaging.
5) it does have cute range of colours.
Overall, i do not recommend. Go for maybelline, l’oreal, revlon, nyx and rimmel lipsticks instead.

Finally! A budget-friendly, comfortable matte lipstick for those with (severe) dry lip.
To be honest, I was on a whim with their quality at first, and I was sure that most people do. There was no doubt to think like such when us, as a consumer, saw their cheap-and-fragile packaging, and their lower-than-average drugstore price tag (their price in Thailand ranges from USD 2-4). With that being said, I instantly judged WnW’s quality to be just mediocre.
Again, I bought it because of the hype. I saw so many good reviews both on Facebook and Youtube channels, hence I was intrigued to try. There was no harm trying cheap drugstore makeup, because if it didn’t work then I’d just get rid of it. My heart would not be broken.
The result was… I was so satisfied with their quality, and especially with this such affordable price.
They had good pigmentation and they didn’t dry my lip crazy like some other high-end matte lipsticks, such as MAC. I first got my hand on “Spiked with Rum” (a deep mauve), then “Bare it All” (a perfect pink nude which becomes one of my favorite everyday-to-go lipsticks), and “Mochalicious” (warm brown, cocoa color, also one of my favs).
They were all comfortable to wear. I have dry lip, so you can trust me when I stress which matte lipstick is “comfortable”.
The only issue I have is their packaging, the cap is fragile and is easily to break and fall out. I need to take care of these babies really well when I put them inside my bag. But so far, they are still in good shape.
So overall, nice pigmentation, comfortable to wear, longevity is on par to many high-end brands, wide range of color selection, very affordable. Although the packaging is their only con, yet I don’t really mind much.

Bought these on a whim when I wanted some dark lippies for the recent dark color revival and matte lipstick trend. Glad I did. Super cheap. Great colors that last. I do wish the packaging was better because I do not abuse my lipsticks taking them back and forth to work, but the caps still cracked. My lips are in good shape, I apply balm at night, so I have no issues with flaking or moisture-sucking. Honestly, I have had pricier items perform a LOT worse. If I want real staying power, I apply over my foundation, blot, repeat a couple times or powder, then apply a final coat. I tend to blot then dab a bit of Chap Stik on top if I find the finish too tight. I have 4 of these and they are great!
Also a bonus, these lipsticks are unscented and did not turn chemical-smelling after having them a couple years.

Found this at cvs for $2. I normally would not go for wet n wild lipsticks but these are the exception! They look very high quality on. Plan on purchasing more, like every color!

I bought this in the shade “In the Flesh” and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made! It’s usually out of stock because it’s their best seller but after two months of waiting, it was finally back! I discovered this product on BeautyMNL when they were weighing what the most universally flattering shades are and In the Flesh is DEFINITELY one for the books. It has the right amount of nude and reddish pink mixed into one lipstick! Yes, it will eventually wear off if you eat and drink but reapplication is not a bother for me since us ladies usually go to the restroom after eating anyway. This didn’t dry my lips at all. I usually have to apply petroleum jelly to my lips before applying lipstick but with this, I didn’t have to! I could just swipe it right on without any fear of drying. Packaging is kind of faulty due to the cap being designed in a way wherein residues of the lipstick often get smeared there but that’s a small sacrifice for quality pigment for an affordable price!
dopeyLocust9
I absolutely adore the color Peach Blossom and wish this lipstick had more quality to it. The only plus point is that the color is beautiful but the product itself is pretty awful. First off, the way the packaging is designed with the lipstick not fully enclosed in the tube gets smudges all over the cover when you close and re-open it. Formula wise its extremely drying on the lips, even if i had primed my lips with lipbalm it doesnt work. It looks decent from afar for 10 mins before the formula accentuates every line or crack on your lips and makes it 2 times worse. Disappointing formula overall.
jealousZebra2
These lipsticks are pretty good for the price point. They are drying on the lips so I apply lip balm before hand and some of the colors like “just peachy” are a bit difficult to apply and pull off since just about all of the light colors are white based. They last about 3 hours before they fade a bit. They stain your lips but i personally love that.
betrayedRaisins3
Thanks to the MUA team, I found this great lipstick. It is matte, but is lightweight and looks like a stain. To give it a bit of shine and dimension, I use Burt’s Bees Replenishing Balm with Pomegranate Oil on top. It needs re-application after a meal, but that’s fine considering the low price.
I got Stoplight red, which is perfect for me. I have fair skin and grey hair, so the red is very dramatic. I also got SandStorm, which is a slightly coral brown, and Bare it All, a nude. They are odorless.
The packaging is cheap, as others have pointed out, but I keep them in a zippered, plastic makeup bag in my purse so they don’t fall apart.
sheepishCod7
I have all of these. They are amazing! I love Dollhouse Pink, Spiked w rum, Mochalicious, & Bare It All to name a few! They are very pigmented & long lasting. Best DS lipsticks!!!!!! I went & picked up 1 of each 1 day at Kroger. 😉
anxiousMoth2
I love these lipsticks! I bought Bare It All and Cherry Bomb. This lipstick is super pigmented and dries to a semi matte finish. The packaging needs to be updated though. The cap can get smudged no matter how careful you are. With this price, this is a total life saver, especially for those in a budget.
relievedOtter7
I started picking these up when I discovered from here and on Pinterest that a couple of these are MAC dupes. In my opinion, these could rival any lipstick – high-end or drugstore. They are a bullet of pure matte color, and they feel comfortable on the lips. Because these are matte, wearing them with balm underneath provides more moisture. Adding a coat of balm doesn’t change the intensity or the matte finish of the color. I was surprised when I realized that I have a few more than I thought:
Bare It All – tanned pink – the color of my lips. I use this color often for work and use it as a base for different looks with various lip liners and glosses.
Cherry Bomb – dupe for MAC Diva (warm burgundy)
Ravin Raisin – prune purple
Sugar Plum Fairy – dupe for MAC Rebel (cool fuschia)
Mochalicious – a beautiful nude for WOC (creamy ‘coffee-with-cream’ brown)
Vamp It Up – dupe for MAC Cyber(blackened plum). I use it to ombre reds/purples/plums
Can’t help but adore these because of the price and color payoff, but these are not purse-safe. No accidents as of yet. However, the plastic case isn’t sturdy so if you have a lot of items in your purse, the case may crack with weight and jostling. Also, the caps don’t stay in place and have a tendency to slide off. Despite that, I really like these.
