I have 4 colors: Who Run This, I Heart This, I Love Life and Parker. Two are the matte formula amd two are the matte X formula. Somehow, I thought the matte X formula would be even more matte, but it’s more slippery-silicony, BUT: it’s NOT the type of formula that slides around – it just goes on very nicely and then kinda sets.
I love all of the colors I have, but all of them oxidize a little on me and turn slightly more red/orange. However, with my warm skin tone, this works to my advantage color-wise.
The formula lasts very well and doesn’t dry my lips out. I can’t call it very moisturizing, but it does protect my lips from losing moisture. Also: these don’t transfer as much as most of my other lipsticks.
I actually really want to buy more of these, but I have SO many other lip products… Would definitely recommend trying these out if you don’t have dryness issues. The only downside I see with these is that you don’t get much product. The lipstick itself is about an inch long. It’s good for me though – actually means I have a chance of finishing it ;D

Got a Minute Lippie Stix bundle (Ulta, $12 for three shades) came with Brink (Matte, terracotta rose), Goal Digger (Matte X, warm rose), and Daydream (Matte X, plummy brown). This was an impulse purchase and my first foray into the brand. Pleasantly surprised by the comfort and feel of these mattes. They feel creamy and smooth (and really moist compared to other matte lipsticks) and provide full coverage. I wish other matte lipsticks felt this nice. I really like the packaging – it’s a slim twist-up lipstick with angled opening and tip. In this set, the plastic casing and lids match the color of the product inside.

Love these, I have a few different colours and this is my favorite formula of lippie stix. Going on the lips it feels smooth and … thin? Full coverage but not thick at all. Love that they are inexpensive and even though you get less product that a traditional lipstick, I prefer it because for the same amount of money you can try more shades and lets be real, how often do you use up your lipsticks…

The texture of this is velvety and light on the lips.I like it very much. One of the best mattes I’ve tried and cost is little.

I have several shades of these as I bought a couple of kits. They work well to stay on about 4-5 hours (not as long as the liquid lipsticks) and are not especially drying. I don’t mind retouching after eating or drinking. I think they are nice to use on a regular basis. If I’m going to an event where I don’t want to retouch my lipstick at all then I will wear the liquid lipstick from them. I do think these lippie stix are a bit overpriced as they don’t give you very much however that is why I buy them on sale. I am a huge fan of their matte liquid lipsticks too.

I have this product in the shade Pillow Talk. The formula is creamy but sets instantly to a matte finish and becomes almost transfer-proof. It’s pigmented and not patchy. I don’t find it drying at all. Totally recommend this lipstick.

I only have two of these lipsticks but I really like them. They are creamy, pigmented, no funky smell. The finish is satin-like. They last a fair amount of time.
The white packaging is not the best idea and there’s very little product in that tube.So they are not entirely the bargain they seem to be But it’s fine. I will defnitely grab some more

These are a great alternative to those who love the matte liquid lipstick look, but HATE liquid lipstick formulas. They’re definitely one of the more comfortable matte lipsticks, and have a really nice vanilla scent. Very comparable to the scent of MAC lipsticks. Matte X is my favorite lippie stix formula, and I own two of each. I wore Secret Stash to prom and only had to reapply 3 times between 5pm and 4am.

This formula is probably my favorite out of their regular lipstick range (not liquid lipstick/etc), followed by the regular matte formula. To me, this Matte X formula is more like the traditional matte formula and the regular matte formula is more like a traditional satin. That being said, I am not a fan of regular lipstick TBH. I prefer liquid lipsticks due to the staying power/etc. However, if I had to wear a regular lipstick, it would be this type of formula. It has decent staying power for what it is. It probably will not withstand eating (what normal lipstick does?) and I do notice feathering. I would definitely use a lip liner, especially for darker colors. Nudes (if they have any from this line) would probably be fine.

I got the shade sauce it goes off as dark mauve on my lips pretty much close to it’s counterpart viper. Was surprised with the color pay off in one swipe and is very matte (just like the liquid ultra matte) minus the flakes and drying feeling. It fades quickly after a meal but leaves a decent stain depends on what you eat.
