Although this shade looks like nothing much in the tube, in real life it is an absolute 100% perfect fall colour.
Imagine Diva and Sin having a baby? This would be it – an ideal mix of brown, red and purple. This shade is sophisticated, sexy and chic all at the same time. Looks fabulous on beauties of all ages and colours. Formula here is great: creamy application, comfortable wear, rich opacity. No streaks, bleeding or anything like that.

Perfect vampy gothic lip shade. It’s a purpley red colour & looks great with a kiko lip liner ( can’t remember the shade sorry!) it is a matte finish so can feel dry on the lips. Would suit all skin tones if you feel comfortable wearing dark colours

I love Studded Kiss! I don’t own many lipsticks from MAC as they are quite expensive (especially as other brands are so much cheaper) but I saw this colour and wanted to give it a try.
It’s an amazing deep red colour and it’s a great match for my fair skin and dark brown hair. I have quite small lips (almost no upper lip at all) so it’s quite hard for me to apply lipstick and sometimes looks messy. I’ve started using a foam-tipped make up brush to apply lipstick, it has better control, keeps it looking tidy and just looks better overall. I recommend doing this if you have small lips like me and find it hard to wear lipstick!
It smells like vanilla and is really smooth on my lips, but like most lipsticks it did begin to fade over eating and drinking etc but left a great coloured stain so I’m still happy. I alsolutely love Studded Kiss but I wish it was slightly cheaper as MAC products are on the most expensive side. I try not to wear it too often (only on special occasions really) so it lasts for a long time!

MAC Studded Kiss is a matte, deep, oxblood red with cool undertones on my medium brown skin (roughly NW40-43). It goes on smooth and opaque, and lasts like a typical MAC matte lipstick. It’s a beautiful color. However, in spite of its superior performance and overall 5 lippies rating, this color is IDENTICAL to MAC Diva. So, for a limited edition collection lipstick, the color is disappointing and uncreative.
If anyone missed out on Studded Kiss, search your stash for or pick up Diva; they are the same on me, both swatched on my lips (side-by-side) and on the back of my hand.
Still, it’s a good deep red lipstick for women of color.

Love this vampy shade! It’s actually everything I wanted Diva to be but better and I love the Matte formula of MAC lipsticks. So happy to have grabbed this!

I love this shade. Mac lists it as a matte, but it applies so smoothly and evenly it feels like a creamsheen. It’s a nice deep burgundy wine shade that’s perfect for Fall. Glad I found this one which is nothing like Diva. Diva is blotchy and takes forever to get it on just right. Sk is apply and go.

Punk Couture collection Mac ‘s ..Studded kiss lipstick is a matte deep red shade , very smooth and i took one star off because its very very close to Mac Diva lipstick….but studded kiss is a few touches brighter but its still very sexy red, very nice…just not real unique like instigator lipstick from the collection..overall if you love vampy reds , which is the runway trend..pick this up ..overall..i love it!
