Kind of confused at how Spanish Pink has been hailed as such a universally attractive color. I purchased it because I’m essentially the same skin tone as several Youtubers who have named this as one of their favorite pinks year over year. Something about the white based pink with the blue undertone made me look like I stepped straight out of an early 2000’s Britney Spears video as a backup dancer when I was aiming for tropical vacation summer goddess. The color just seemed to levitate above my lips – you know when a color is so unflattering with your skin and lip color that it creates an optical illusion that it’s almost floating on your lips, refusing to blend? Perhaps I have darker facial features than other women who rock and love this, but Spanish Pink makes me look jaundiced and way more green than my skin actually is. For reference, I’m an NC20 olive toned Asian girl.
I will admit that the formula is pretty good (even though it floats on my natural lip color and looks chalky), but not $54 worth. I like Tom Ford mattes and the formula in the lipstick end of his Lip Contour Duos better.

This is a pretty pale pink colour with a flattering satin finish.
In fact, it just gives a hint of “blush/pinkish” colour to the lips. It is decidedly on the pink side and not as nude as the Blush Nude.
Indeed it can have he effect of the 60s lipsticks if applied too strong, but this can be avoided if you either apply it lightly with a brush or apply it on top of a lip balm. Then the finish will be light and satiny.
I believe also that if you mix Blush Nude with just a hint of Spanish Pink, you will end up with a very flattering natural (pinkish) and uplifting result that would suit anyone regardless age and colouration.
The formula is simply divine, as many others have pointed it out. It is just the right amount of creamy, so it sits where you put it, and provides excellent hydration for as long as it is on the lips.
The formula was developed by the Estee Lauder Companies and hopefully they will have a similar product available in another Lauder brand for a more affordable price.
I like the formula very much but prefer the Blush Nude and will not repurchase the colour Spanish Pink.

Amazing! A delicate petal pink opaque-in-2-swipes lipstick. I admit TF$ lipsticks are my most expensive I have 10 (some ordered from eBay so didn’t pay full retail) this I did pay $54USD for this so it’s my baby along w Nude Vanille very similar colors. I did take the suggestion of review below & used UD Naked l/l w thus….perfect!! Should come w a brown dust jacket. Snaps closed w a satisfying click feeling. This is awesome. My fave lipstick scented w vanilla. I will buy more TF lipsticks. My guilty pleasure!

Patchy. Gives effect of a cheap pale gloss (colour ‘breaking away’ or ‘cracking’). Not impressed.

I heard many good review about Spanish pink. I have had Tomford lipstick before, three of them. Although the price is very high, I have to admit the quality is very good ( texture package and everything)
The color Spanish pink is not for me. I am Asian with fair skin. However I look sick with this color.
So my suggestion is to try before you buy
This color is not for everyone

Finally found my HG ~ I’m fair with hazel eyes and lip color always left me looking crazy. A coworker gifted me this, and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since. A light neutral pink that makes you look perfectly polished for day or night. Believe the hype!

I have to admit, Im a huge sucker of TF’s packing. The minimalistic, edgy luxury prism lipstick is just wonderful to hold and look at; if it wern’t for it, I would never consider a 50$ lipstick esp compared to dior, chanel and others at the price of 30-36.
So with great packaging lies a crappy lippie inside.
Spanish pink appears way more coral than coral pink on my pale skin, but what bugs me is that this lipstick looks spotchy-obvious and even some photos here show it.
The formula doesnt blend seamlessly with my lips, therefore creating a cheap lip look thats flat and undimensional but colored. But it sure is long lasting and moisturzing.
In the end I returned it, but I’d definitely return when their formula improves.

I really enjoyed this lipstick when I first got it, but unfortunately, all of Tom Ford’s lipsticks go sour after a few months, which is a short shelf life considering how much he charges for his makeup.
PROS:
I bought this for the delicate peachy pink color.
CONS:
Application can be patchy. His formula doesn’t apply as evenly as MAC lipsticks.
$50 for a lipstick is insane. If you want to buy two TF lipsticks, that’s $100. That’s a LOT. MAC lipsticks are $16 each.
The large squared off tube takes up more space in your cross body bag or cosmetic case than MAC’s sleek bullet tube, or any other brand of lipstick I’ve ever tried. Why is the case so big?
Not worth the money because his lipsticks go rancid very quickly and have to be thrown out.
Would I buy again? No, because I might have to take out a second mortgage first.
If this were reasonably priced, even if it were $30 instead of $50, I would have given it a higher rating.

This was my very first lipstick from Tom Ford and I absolutely love it!
Now think for a moment – I am such a lipstick hoarder, who basically has all the shades of nude there can be – yet there is not even a single lipstick that has this particular peachy-nude undertone that Spanish Pink has!
Firstly, even though it is called ‘pink’ it does not look like pink. It is a very wearable and warm toned nude lipstick that will never wash you out or make you appear ghostly.
The texture and scent is beyond amazing. I absolutely love how I can wear this lipstick all day long and it will never dry my lips out or make me want to remove it from my lips due to any sort of discomfort.
You get amazing quality to these expensive Tom Ford lipsticks – that’s for sure.
Yet if you want more thoughts on it, you can check the review post below.Hope it helps to make up your mind on whether to buy it or not!

I tend to go for pink lip colors more than peach but this color is so gorgeous. And it doesn’t pull orange at all on my pale, cool toned skin as more warm toned lip colors can sometimes do. It’s a soft, baby peach with a hint of pink and a healthy, slightly shiny finish. Very feminine and great for a natural, anytime look.
I’m not usually a fan of opaque lipsticks since they can be thicker and drier in texture and sometimes show every imperfection, and I don’t want to have to do a lot of prep work before applying. I prefer just a light lip balm underneath and then just swipe and go. This goes on opaque in one layer and doesn’t cling weirdly or settle into tiny lip lines. I think the slightly shinier finish helps. If it was entirely matte I think it would just draw attention to anything and everything.
I like the TF lipsticks because they’re very long wearing on me but minus the uncomfortable thickness or coated sensation that most long wearing lipsticks have. I don’t want to ever feel aware of my makeup, or feel like it’s sitting on top of my skin in any way. This makes my lips feel moisturized and they look plush and healthy without the need for gloss or shimmer. I really like the light, natural vanilla smell too. The packaging is sturdy and classic and closes securely but isn’t overly heavy.
I’m not sure if I’d repurchase this particular color because I don’t wear it as often as I do pale pinks and nudes, but I can’t help but love it. I reach for it anytime I want that perfect peach color.
