I’ve tried quite a few Bobbi Brown lipsticks in the past, but found the brown base shade in so many of them really unflattering on my fair neutral skin tone. However, Blondie Pink is an exception – the beautiful muted-pink-nude is so easy to wear, and I find it a great alternative to many pale nude lipsticks I’ve tried that tend to really wash me out. The lipstick formulation is really good too, it doesn’t dry out my lips and lasts several hours.
It’s a great shade for pale skins as it’s not a ‘bright’ pale pink, but rather a muted pink with enough colour to add some definition and warmth, but not overpowering… unlike Bobbi Brown ‘Tulle’ which looked completely pink and OTT, and Bobbi Brown “Bare Pink’ that made me look like a corpse.
Will definitely repurchase!

It took me eon years before i decided to splurge on this ever so famous color worned by Pippa M. The result: i love it. It looks light pink on me(NC35/37). Very natural. Like all BB lipsticks, its brown based but neutral enough for all skin tones. I lined with BB Brownie Pink lip liner & topped off with clear gloss. Voila! instant glam. Gorg!!! Try it. After sips of coffee it feels soft like lip balm on my lips leaving slight stains. This is definitely a new formula by BB!
Plus side:feels somewhat lightweight when applied.
Downside:not so great lasting power, smells waxy, expensive, very 90`s packaging.

I really like this colour and its a beautiful warm toned pink. Its called blondie since it pulls kind of warm light honeyed brown with understated pink tones.I wish i had known this earlier and wouldnt have spent money on Mac jubilee which appears dull compared to this warm toned gem.Its not nude but medium toned.Bought this along with sandwash pink and both the colours rock.Went for two more lipcolours(pale pink & pale mauve) since i love the formulation of these lipcolours. The rancid scent of these lipsticks sucks at first but i love BB lipcolours enough to i pass that off. However, only wish if they can be made either frangrance free or perfumed with vanilla scent.

Not the perfection that was brownie pink but lacks the browner/Orangier base that might make brownie pink too heavy for some. On me this is a soft pink, mauve in a beige base, can pull too much ash tone with my warm ruddy skin, the pink lifts it and makes it more youthful or fresh than some deeper nudes can achieve. If you are very warm or ruddy I suggest trying this out first as it may be too pink. I am warm and ruddy but this manages to work. Have repurchased many times 🙂

This is my H.G lipstick!
I have been buying this lipstick for at least 6 years and although I try other brands and other colours this is the one I come back to time and time again.
This colour is the perfect bend of nude and pink and it goes magically with my Giorgio Armani #10 blush and just makes everything sync perfectly on my face.
I sometimes apply Nars Orgasm lipgloss over the top just to make it ‘pop’ as the makeup artists say but that really just adds some sheen as opposed to extra colour.
Bobbi Brown lipsticks are ridiculously priced at $44 in Australia so I usually buy 5 or 6 at a time from Nordstrom or Sephora and get them shipped via one of those MyUSA address type of sites.
If you can get it sent to you from the USA it is only $24 which believe it or not is a drugstore price here in Australia.

My favourite go to lipstick. If you are looking for a subtle pink neutral this is the perfect shade.

MY DOWNRIGHT FAVORITE PINK LIPSTICK.
I own and love Angel and Hug me/MAC. Angel is a tad light for my dark pink lips though. I was recommended Blondie Pink in connection with Nectar lipgloss by the Bobbi Brown makeup artist for my trial bridal makeup. I was instantly complimented by several other customers in the shop – the combination makes a wonderful pink!
To me it is not “nude” (which in my understanding is more of a flesh/beige tone). The picture here is not accurate to me, either – it looks rather mauvey in the pan, not light pink like this picture suggests. On my lips, the mauve tone almost disappears, but the colour is not beige on me at all. It is pure light pink in a warm tone, with the slightest mauve hint. On a blonde friend it looked a little too mauvey, by the way, you may want to try it out on yourself before buying it!
It looks also really nice with Rosy lipgloss, it becomes a darker pink compared to Blondie Pink/Nectar.
I love Blondie Pink for work and with dramatic eye makeup. My absolute go-to pink! Love it more than Angel 😀
Will buy it again and again and again..
And I am very surprised about the low number of reviews as well! Totally underrated!

Bobbi Brown Blondie pink : This has been an amazing lip colour for me and it is very long lasting, my only problems were the price and when I searched the colour up online it seemed lighter which was what I had been looking for. Apart from that I recommend the lipstick and all lipstick by Bobbi brown they are truly amazing !

This is such a pretty color! It is a pinky-nude, a MLBB shade. It’s very soft and understated–perfect for work. This is my new go to shade. On me, it looks similar to MAC’s Cosmo. It has great lasting power and the scent is very subtle. Love it!

I am a big fan of BB products in general, and especially her lipsticks, blushes and foundations. I have to say though I was really disappointed in Blondie Pink lipcolor. The formula is creamy and the staying power is good but on me this shade looks like a nude, beige/brown which was not at all what I was going for. It sounded like it would be a pretty, pale neutral pink. I have to say this is the one thing I have learned to be careful of with her lipcolors, many have brown undertones or look nude or brown despite having “pink” in the name. I have found , though, if I consult a MU first the recommendations are usually qutie good! I love her original, semi matte lipcolors and the spf 12 formulas the best, just a little tricky sometimes getting the color right.
