This is described on Sephora’s website as a “terra cotta nude,” and I guess that is a pretty good description. On me, currently NC20, not tanned, and not pigmented lips, this is actually quite a light shade of terracotta, I guess that is why it is described as terracotta NUDE, though. 😉
This applies smoothly and evenly, it is comfortable on the lips, not drying at all, does not turn gummy nor gunky nor change into garish color nor a different shade. A pretty good lipstick. My only minor drawback is that this does not last as long as I wish it would. This wears off on me/fades a bit after a couple of hours, and after about 3 or 4 hours I am left with barely a hint of color that I really have to ‘look’ for. also, this is a shade that might give some teeth a yellow look, just wanted to mention that. The packaging, like so many Kat Von D cosmetics, is very cool, with the studded silver casing. The cap is very secure, so this can travel well in purse or on vacation.
