Got this in 102 and i love the color and the no fragrance of their item. It seem to me a warm brown with a hint of pink colour that you can apply lightly to give a light natural tone look or go heavier which is also nice but it doesn’t really brighten up my face or freshen my look. If you want to go for a classic or polished lip, this colour will be the one. Safe for office wear too.

I’ve been wearing the color 501 on and off for about 13 years now, despite the fact that I own several shades from different high end and drugstore brands. In Japan, Revlon and Maybelline are much pricier than they are in the States, so Cezanne is good alternative if you’re on a budget. At about 500 JPY (less than 5 USD), these lipsticks are a steal. The color is semi-sheer, but can be built up, the finish is gel-like glossy, and the colors are flattering for most skin tones. I didn’t find them to be particularly moisturizing, but neither are they drying or uncomfortable. Although it’s not meant to be a long lasting lipstick, the color tends to stain your lips as it fades, so there’s always a hint of color left. There is no uncomfortable fragrance with these.

Cezanne Lasting Lip Color is such a promising lipstick – affordable, lasting and so elegantly packaged. Unfortunately, I’m not able to continue using it because my lips disagree with it. Here’s a summary of its pros and cons based on my experience.
