Ladies, I usually walk right past Collection 2000 when I’m looking for drugstore makeup, but one lipstick in particular caught my eye. If you’re a fan of MAC’s Candy Yum-Yum and have been searching high and low for that same shocking bright neon pink, look no further than this lipstick in the shade Pink Shock. Outrageous colour, amazing colour payoff and a matte finish. It lasts rather well (accidentally fell asleep with it on and it was still intact, if a bit smudged, when I woke up) and you really can’t go wrong for £2.99. I haven’t tried any of the others as I got this purely because of the colour, but it really is fantastic.

Ever since I realised that this lipstick has a SPF I sat up and paid attention.
I have 3 colours and here are their descriptions
Berry blast: Very similar to MAC’s up the amp which does not suit me. Berry blast seems to be slightly warmer and a more plummy violet than up the amp.
Orange punch: Exactly as its name suggests, its a juicy orange with deep pink undertones
sweet tart: Lovely pure warm pink – my fave, will definately be buying this again.
Quite frankly I just wish there were more colours.
All of these lipsticks are pigmented, moisturising with a much coveted SPF 15. They aren’t the most long lasting lipsticks (about 3hrs without eating and drinking) hence one lippy off, but they wear down quite well without leaving a noticable rim of colour around your lips or that gunk at the corners of your mouth for £2.99 or on a 2 for £4 deal it really doesn’t get much better than that!
