I thought I could pull off this lipstick because in the tube it looks quite similar to my beloved Armani Sheer #19. However, the Sheer #19 is “sheer,” whereas Klute is frosty. Frosty, pink-infused lilac lipsticks were just not made for GGGs with warm-neutral undertones. =) And hey, I can live with that! It’s still a gorgeous color and has a nice texture, so I passed it along.

A scary looking silvery ice lilac. Very dated looking, speaking of that brief period where it was in to look like a heroin addict and/or a corpse.

This is a shimmery pinky-lilac shade that works well on my pale-ish skin. The staying power is very good, and I personally don’t find it drying at all – it certainly seems to be a creamier formulation than some other lipsticks in the Nars line.
