Not the most longwearing formula, but not the most drying. It’s quite comfortable, as it feels like a velvety lip cream on and has quite a soft matte finish. I have this in a shade called off-white (I think) that is the perfect nude lip colour for very fair skin stones with neutral or cool undertones. Very happy I found this instead of having to buy an expensive high-end one light enough for me.

I have this in the color Fearless Fuschia and this color is GORGEOUS on my pale cool skintone. The packaging design is kind of cute, it’s different than a regular lip gloss. The gloss itself is not really opaque, it’s a light gloss that needs to be reapplied throughout the day. I don’t mind reapplying it because the color is so flattering. This product does not leave a stain on your lips so if that is what you are after then you will be disappointed.
I have probably repurchased this product 10 or more times, that’s how fast I go through them. There is always a sale somewhere on L’oreal products and you can find coupons in the Sunday paper on a regular basis. I like L’oreal as a brand but I am hesitant to try a lot of L’oreal products because the price is high for a drugstore brand.

I adore this “lip gloss”
First of all, the name lip paint may be misleading because this is NOT a liquid lip colour that stays put all day. It is more like a semi-matte not overly shiny gloss. As someone who hated gloss for many years (Ditching it after Paris Hilton lost her status a household name) I can say this is probably one of the best glosses I own. It is definitely not drying, isn’t sticky, is comfortable on the lips, does NOT show any chapped or dry parts to the lips, and isn’t overly shiny.
Not to mention this is the shade I have been searching for my whole life: a gorgeous pink toned not to light neutral that is neither too cool or too warm, with no glitter. I can pair this with a smokey eye or a nude eye without looking like a porn star. The packaging is great because if you have a large collection of lip colours it will be easy to find.
LOVE THIS!
PS: The only reason I didn’t give this gloss 5 stars is the fact that this gloss isn’t super long wearing, that being said it IS a gloss. Also, L’Oreal is super expensive here, in canada.

I have this in 314 spicy blush. this color looks similar to Mac Faux but a lot more shine and a tiny bit lighter. Super spring nude pink that somehow brightens my complexion. Its the perfect pink nude without being too light or dead on my nw20 light pink undertone skin. I was very surprised because i usually dont go for pinky nudes but this one is wearable and gives my lips a very sexy pout. This looks like a gloss + lipstick so its high shine. I use to like velvet teddy but that one is too ashy for me in some lights. this makes my lips look so full and juicy just like mac faux. I am super picky with nudes and i never liked peachy nudes on my skin. Pinky nudes usually have way too much blue and washes me out like mac angel. This one reminds me so much of Mac faux which is my fav MLBB lipstick I just wish it lasts longer on the lips and is didn’t make my lips peel. i have to really exfoliate and moisturize my lips beforehand. so I just keep this in my car for just a touch up or put some color on my lips. only downsides are that Its kind of drying and it doesnt last very long. I eat and talk a lot so i cant really calculate the exact time.
pros:
wearable nude pink
nice doe foot applicator
cheap and can be found at drugstore
cons:
drying
doesn’t last long

The colour is very true, lovely, sleek and pigmented, one application is enough. The problem though, is that it simply never sets. It remains on your lips as a lovely looking, quite moisturising layer, which transfers onto everything and wipes off very quickly. I think the name lip “paint” is misleading, it should have been a very pigmented gloss. 3 lippies for the beautiful colour, and for being non-drying.
It’s sad, because if it would set and stay in place, this would have instantly become my go-to lip product.

I’m so surprised this doesn’t have better reviews. I have this in the shade “nude star” and it is just a perfect slightly warm nude that doesn’t make you look dead. It is definitely not a long wearing formula and you will need to reapply after eating or drinking (I don’t care so much because I always have to reapply) but it looks so nice on. This is one of the very very few formulas that does not dry my lips out and is just the right opacity to give plenty of color but not look like a mask on top of your lips. I think the name of the product is a little misleading. It does not cover or set like I would imagine a lip paint to do. Instead it is somewhere between a glossy lipstick and a somewhat opaque gloss. I just really love it for every day.

I absolutely hated this. It wouldn’t dry down, the texture of it felt so weird and sand paper-y. The pigmentation was great but it has no lasting power or comfortable texture. Save your money and purchase a better lip paint that’s worth your buck.

I rarely review a product straight away unless it is super incredible or a total garbage. The Infallible Lip Paint Matte in ”Babe-In” is, unfortunately, the latter – a total DUD.
Where do I begin…from the first application I was struck by how drying this product is, it sucked all the moisture out of my lips, I had to take it off because the more it stayed, the worse it got (and yes, I do realize matte formulas are in no way nourishing, but it is not the case that all matte liquid lips are utterly unbearable like this one!).
It did not dry down, it smeared and bled out of the lines of my lips and did not last even a decent time at all! On top of that, it created this nasty inner rim on my lips, and the cheap plasticky, flowery scent is too overpowering.
I don’t consider the price a plus, because for the same amount you can get Maybelline’s matte regular lipsticks or even a Milani liquid lippie, both of which are way better!

I purchased this in the matte version in the shade Velvet Pout which looks just like my Bite lipstick in Thistle. It’s basically a plummy mauve with taupe in it, it’s very pretty! I don’t know about the other ones but this dries and stays on my lips just like a liquid lipstick. It’s very pigmented and a little goes a long way. I’m not fond of the applicator as it picks up too much product imo. But the colour itself is so pretty.
Me NW20, blonde hair, green eyes, very cool undertones for reference and this shade works well with my colouring. A thin application lasts a long time on me but it has to be very thin because otherwise it feels too heavy. Beautiful shade but very pricey to me I would get other shades but I’m probably just going to buy a backup of this as I love the colour and it saves me from using up my Bite lippie as these two shades are very similar.

Have the color spicy blush. It’s a deeper nude color that looks amazing even on my more fair skin. This won’t look super perfect after eating but it’s easy to touch up & afterwards it looks very clean & opaque. I would say it’s on the demi-matte side, not super glossy not super flat. Would repurchase although it’s pretty expensive for a single color.
