i bought a mini set of these + have fallen in love, just ordered 2 full-sized shades online yesterday and eagerly await their arrival. the formula reminds me a lot of the milani matte lipsticks in the gold packaging – they have a matte finish, but they maintain a slip-y feeling on the lips and are very comfortable to wear throughout the day. i notice they still settle into lip lines which is unfortunate, but i’m beginning to suspect that’s just what matte products all do when you don’t have lip fillers, so i really can’t fault them for that. they wear quite well and the packaging is really sleek and sophisticated, and i love how extensive the shade range is. can’t recommend these enough!

-they settle in the textures and cracks of lip
-they’re not truely matte in first use,but they change to a great matte after that
-they easily seprate from their tube (but still remain usable).I mostly store them in refrigerator to prevent this

Recently I saw Golden Rose Velvet Matte Lipsticks discounted in a local site and ordered shades 13 and 32 because I have had a great experience with Golden Rose liquid matte lipsticks.I loved them so much that I have bought four more shades in less than a month
They have great pigmentation and a completely matte finish(much more matte compared to WetNWild Megalast Lipsticks and Oriflame The One Supermatte Lipsticks)but don’t make my lips look dry.there longevity is good(but not the best),there’s not much transfer unless I eat and drink like crazy,they’re not patchy on lips and have an even,full coverage,also they have good packaging(no more loose caps like WetNWild Megalast Lipsticks),it doesn’t break or melt easily and last but not least there’s plenty of beautiful shades to choose from and it’s just 3.5
$
I doesn’t feel much drying effect but I use lip balm every night
I’m definitely going to repurchase.

I recently purchased shade 31 and it’s an exact dupe for Mac Velvet Teddy just this one is 3 USD !
right now shade 31 is my favorite one among all five colors I own.it’s a lovely nude,not a too pale,whitish nude,not a very brown nude,it’s a bit close to shade Bare it up in WetnWild Megalast lipstick

Hands down my favorite matte lipsticks. First I was gifted five mini sizes of this – those 1/2 usage ones. I had never used a matte lipstick before and loooooved the look. The pigment was great, it didn’t feel very dry on my lips. 04 pink became my favorite. I kept getting compliments when I had one of these on.
Admittedly because this was a drug store brand, I thought maybe I could find something better. I didn’t have a particular thing in mind on what might be better, just with the excitement of discovering matte lipsticks, “Oh I will try different matte lipsticks from other brands and probably find something I like even more.” WRONG! From high-end brands to other drug store brands I tried many different matte lipsticks and nothing beats this so far. They either all felt drier, the colors weren’t as good, or there was nothing better about them than this Golden Rose ones but their price was so much more expensive.
I tried other lip products from this brand and they are all great really. I would definitely recommend.

i was looking for a long lasting lipstick 4-5 years ago after i bought one of Lancome’s.Lancome’s lipstick(don’t remember which)was the worst lipstick concerning duration.It didn’t last even half an hour.So i tried golden rose.In the beginning i was happy but then i wasn’t.My lips were dry.So don’t recommend it.Unless you don’t care about dry lips.It is very cheap(4 euros)but i prefer other brands

Great drugstore lipstick. Finish is a semi matte, it’s not longwearing, but can be reapplied and built up. Very pigmented. Broad shade range. Applies nicely but does require some time because it doesn’t apply perfectly straight away (could just be user error on my side), but it isn’t streaky, it’s a very smooth application. It does wear off in the centre of the lips.

I have the 27 and its an amazing dupe for mac-kinda sexy. Even though its an matte lipstick If you moisturize your lips before using it the lipstick wont dry out your lips. The price is quite cheap and the packaging is so classy and beautiful I think.

I have this lipstick in 09 (a bright pink) and 12 (a muted red) and I am more than impressed with the color payoff and formula. I am not the biggest fan of matte lipsticks because they usually dry out my lips and feel rather uncomfortable but these are brilliant. They are so creamy and smooth and they do not accentuate imperfections and fine lines. Much much better than the Wet n Wild Megalast matte lip covers. But besides the nice consistency, their shades are on point too. They are super flattering colors that seem to suit many different skin tones and features. Highly recommend. Packaging is perfectly decent for the price point.

This lipstick is AMAZING 5/5 considering it’s dirt cheap.
I picked up shade 12 which is dupe for Revlon matte balm in Sultry, it’s a rosy brown with hints of berry, so pigmented,, very suitable to many skintones,
I love the formula, it’s very comfortable matte which is non drying and doesn’t accentuate fine lines. Lasting power is good but needs tojuch up after meals since it’s not transferproof.
I can’t wait to buy more shades from this line.

I can’t believe there is no review on this company on MUA! The pigmentation is unbelievable, especially for such a cheap price. From the name, it’s obviously not full-on dry matte look/feel (ie. MAC’s matte lipsticks), it’s more of a moisturizing matte. Very wearable for work/college. It has this soft, yummy smell to it, which I personally don’t mind. I only have one of these shades in number #16 and it’s a beautiful, rosy-brown shade.
As for the longevity, it’s just like any other lipsticks that will fade and require touch-ups (at least just towards the insides of the lips,if that makes any sense) after meals but I find that to make lipsticks like this bulletproof, you have to use lipliner, put one thin coat, lightly blot with a tissue to absorb moisture, re-apply another coat and set with a thin layer of translucent powder. With this trick, you can extend the longevity of most lipsticks greatly. Would I repurchase? Definitely!
