This is a gorgeous soft pale pink nude. It is very creamy, but I still use a balm underneath because otherwise it will accentuate my flakies (as most nudes do). I would compare this to MAC Hue, but more opaque and more pinkier. It gives a very mod 60’s/twiggy look. Overall, I LOVE this!! A MUST for pale pink lip lovers!!

I agree with PinkSoFoxy, this is a good color to wear if you have the need to tone down lips in order to wear your lipstick. I could not wear it alone either as it is a peach tone, which is so pale you are completely washed out.
Now if you put a fabulous lip gloss on top, or another sheer toned lipstick it will work beautifully to achieve a nude look lip.
I have used it on women who have red tinged lips and want a nude lip and using this method.. it works.

I ordered this lipstick online. When I first opened the tube I was surprised to see that the lipstick was peach, straight peach. But on my lips it looks and feels a lot like MAC Myth. It gives a concealer-like effect on the lips. I think if you already have Myth, there’s no need to run out and buy LORAC Baby doll. It’s the kind of lipstick that makes any bits of dry skin on your lips stand out and look worse, it’s not a cute look. So how will I make this lipstick work? Just like Myth, I would never wear this lipstick by itself. I will use Baby Doll as a base on freshly exfoliated lips and wear another lipstick or lip gloss on top. It’s a very flat opaque nude color by itself but I think it would work nicely under a frost or lustre lipstick, something with more dimension. I would give Baby Doll a 3.5 out of 5 because I’m not impressed and it’s not anything special but it is a usable lipstick that you can work with. However I will not repurchase.
