One of the few “Nude” lipsticks I can wear. This is a Nude MLBB lipstick but THANKFULLY in a warm tone, and w/ enough pigment to not make me look like I’m wearing concealer on my highly pigmented lips. Most MLBB/Nude lippies have a blue/gray tone and are too pale. I end up looking lipless, washed out, and hypothermic. This is a lovely warm toned light-medium neutral-rust-y color that looks like a very polished Nude. It’s not orange, though. It’s a nude/MLBB that brightens my face. The coverage is smooth and even, it gives my lips a nice edge (no blurry effect at the lip line) I’d say medium-high coverage, with a satin finish. It’s not long wear. I’d say a good 3-4 hrs, but for the PERFECT color, DS price, and nice non-drying formula, I’ll re-apply a couple of times a day if needed, no complaints! I often use w/ Aquaphor under and/or over, as I reapply balm and lipstick as needed in the course of a day, and it blends nicely w/ the ointment w/o getting chunky or uneven. It also comes in a pretty gold twist up case w/ a notch lock, altho L’oreal does change the cases for their lipsticks over time. Overall, EXCELLENT Nude/MLBB lipstick for those who are sick of looking hypothermic or getting the concealer lip effect. For reference, I’m a former dirty blonde, now mostly gray, w/ mostly green eyes, and the best foundation color match for me is Maybelline Matte+Poreless in Warm Nude 128.
