Horrible… leaves lips feeling dry and gross with a disgusting film on them that seriously feels like you have gum stuck to your lips. I literally had to scrape it off with my fingernail.

I love, love, love this color and product! It lasts all day, looks like a soft rosy-brown on my very fair skin, and is just perfect for every-day wear. I wear it more than any other lipcolor. I actually find it to be on the light side for me. I wish it was a deeper brown color, but even though it is light, I still love it.

This is my absolute favorite long lasting lip color period. Just apply to dry lips, let dry for approx one minute and you are good to go for 8-10 hours. I have found that the only thing that will cause the color to fade is a greasy meal. Covergirl Outlast, which also works well, used to be my favorite, but Revlon has won me over with their colors and I really like the gloss this comes with and the fact that it is connected to the tube color is a bonus.

Overall this stuff does last! I apply the color very lightly, it tends to look too dark if I apply a lot. It’s one of the few dark colors I can get away with. It’s packaged pretty well, everything is attached in one tube, not two different ones. The smell of the clear gloss is a little like elmers glue, but goes away after it dries. My biggest complaint and why I only gave 3 Lippies is because of the texture, it can get a little cakey, and if you have dry lips forget about it, which is the norm for long wearing lipsticks, so I just deal with it. I’m not totally against buying this again if I could find another color that I like.

This product has taken some getting used to for me, but now that I’ve adjusted to it, I believe that it serves its purpose well. First of all, Faithful Fawn is a great color on me. I’m very pale and have cool-toned skin, and this is a nice deep (but not too dark) rose-brown. You don’t need to put on too much to get a deep shade, so be warned about overapplying! It looks nice on too, especially once you apply the topcoat which adds gloss. And it REALLY stays on … I literally have to scrub it off. Which is both a pro and a con here. This would be perfect to wear on, say, a dinner date, where I don’t want to be completely lipstick-less after eating, or to an event like a wedding where I really do need it to stay on for hours. For everyday use, though, unless you don’t mind working to remove your lipstick, I don’t necessarily recommend it, unless you are completely averse to reapplying during the day (which I’m not). Two cons: It feels very sticky (can’t imagine kissing anybody with this on!) until you apply the topcoat, which then glosses and moisturizes nicely. Also, it has a funny, not-pleasant smell. Still, I think I would repurchase when I’m in the market for something long-wearing.

This is a great medium brown with some pink in it .This is a staple in one of my friends mu bags and now I know why. It doesn’t come off its flattering on many skin tones and even after top coat comes off you dont need to reapply the color. Wonderful!

This is the first long-wear lipstick I have bought. I’m going to a conference in Chicago and it is supposed to be in the high 90’s and high humidity and I don’t want color slipping off my mouth. I tried out Faithful Fawn two days ago and so far so good. The color is the perfect “lip color only much richer”–a pinky browny plum. It DOES last all day. In fact I had to brush my lips along with my teeth at night to get it off. But overall I am VERY pleased. I’d catch glances of myself during the day and my lips always looked good. You do have to reapply the accomanying glosss–or other gloss, a few times. We’ll see how it works in Chicago. Now about my naturally frizz-prone hair….

My absolute favorite lipstick is faithful fawn. No comparison. I have been wearing it since it came out. The bottom color goes on smooth. I use very little product since I don’t like dark color on my lips. Then I finish the rest of my makeup before applying the top coat. Even after the topcoat wears off (i never reapply it), the faithful fawn color remains all day. I even put lip balm over it, and never notice it wiping off. I love it. I love it, I love it. I have recently bought the eternal tan color, which I also love, but not as much as the fawn color. One reviewer was right about the colors, and that is why I bought the tan. Both are very similar, but the fawn is a little pinker, and the tan is browner. With these two lipsticks I don’t need any other!!
Fantastic!!

I received this product in a swap and I’m hooked. It goes on dark, so I apply it very lightly. I like this lipstick where you don’t have to reapply all the time. The color is great.

This is a pretty color, and I do like the ColorStay, but it’s not a fabulous color for me (prefer Timeless Nude). I will probably not repurchase.
