Some days are good, some not so much. It’s been really inconsistent.
It doesn’t come with much product, and I found that the clear gloss builds up around the seal and if you don’t wipe it off it will start to leak out and make a sticky mess.
I’ve been using it for a couple months. I tried applying it a couple different ways to find what would work best. I put on a very small amount of chapstick to moisturize my lips a bit then apply the color in a thin layer (it doesn’t work well if you use too much) and then the gloss. I didn’t feel a need to layer it on since the color was good, however, if it faded a bit later it the day and I wanted to add more, then sometimes it was a problem. It doesn’t really layer well and gets patchy when I try to touch up.
I got the shade Endless Spice. The color is really nice with a bit of shimmer, but I found some days it became patchy and really faded towards to the inside of my lips. And then some days it stayed pretty well. The lasting power is strong, which is great and it doesn’t transfer much. Sometimes, when I first started using this, there was a really slight burning feeling. Not enough to make me concerned, but enough to notice. It never had any negative impact on my lips.
It’s really sticky at first, but after a while it dries down a bit. It does stay a little sticky though. If my hair blows onto my face, it sticks to my lips. If you have a habit of touching your lips or rubbing them together, this will not work for you. It will pill up and come right off in gross little chunks. This wasn’t much of a problem for me, but I did notice it more if I was eating something that required me to lick anything off my lips. Oily foods will make it worse.
It isn’t the worst product, but I won’t be buying it again

I was looking for something long lasting because I hate having my lipstick wear off on glasses and cups when I’m around other people.. BUT this unfortunately isn’t going to be it,, it gets pilly on me after a little while and I hate that feeling.. like it beads/balls up and I have to wipe the little lipstick beads off

Can we just talk a moment about how underrated these little beauties are? I wore a nude shade of Colorstay years ago in college in its previous iteration and sought out the newer formula somewhat out of nostalgia. I have fallen in love all over again! I’m not usually much for the ultra-longwear latex-paint liquid lippies, as I find them to wear unevenly and many have a patchy, inflexible texture. These Revlon longwears are flexible and comfortable and if they wear down they usually do so pretty evenly. Note: different shades may behave slightly differently on the lips. The gloss topper has a silicone feeling, so it’s not sticky or heavy. I recently used Faithful Fawn for a bridal makeup and it lasted 12hrs and photographed beautifully. My chief complaint with this product is the confusing color names! Perfect Spice is a soft pinky-nude. Always Sienna is a wine-tinged neutral that would read as a subdued red on fair skins and MLBB on richer complexions. Faithful Fawn is a shimmery plum-mauve. Go figure. Tip: make sure these are applied over clean, dry, bare lips. When I’ve inadvertently left a little primer or lip conditioner on, the wear is affected.

these are my go to lipsticks. they last forever (at least the red colors – i haven’t tried the other ones). amazing! i just wish the colorstay tube thing was larger like non-drugstore liquid lipsticks, but oh well. best work lipstick for people like me who snack and drink coffee all day!

If I could give this product no stars then I would. I’m currently sitting at home with the most painful lips EVER. I wore this at the weekend and have suffered ever since. When applied it was patchy and needed two coats after about 30 mins it started to peel and burn. Maybe I’ve had an allergic reaction to the product shame they don’t provide testers. I absolutely love revlon make up and this is the first time this has happened was wondering if this has happened to any one else. I tried to complain today but was put through to an answer machine hopefully they will call back tomorrow. Please please test this product before you use it I’m paying the price for not doing so.

So disappointed. I got the color perennial peach, which is a gorgeous summer neutral. That’s the only thing I like though. It’s pricey for drugstore, and you get a tiny bit of product for the price. The gloss doesn’t apply smoothly, and the color comes out patchy. I applied 2 coats for an even color, but within an hour it was flaming off my lips, especially around my waterline, and looked awful. I’ll be returning it.

Great. Much more moist than other mattes. Bare maximum is my everyday.

The best long wear lipstick I have ever used. Lasts all day, even through eating and drinking. I usually apply, wait a few seconds and then blot lightly. Also, I rarely use the gloss it comes with, but instead put lip balm or a similar color lipstick over it for moisture.

The colors selection is nice, and the colors really DO stay all day, or at least for many many hours, through eating, drinking, talking, etc. It does tend to bleed if used sans lip liner, so beware!
My advice? Skip the nasty gloss and use chapstick for a more natural, lip stained look. The gloss is sticky and WAY too shiny for my taste.

I’m reduced to importing this from the USA as revlon don’t sell it over here any more.
It is _the best_ long lasting lip colour with a moisturising coat. And I adopted max factor lipfinity as a teen when it came out (I’m sure they’ve changed the formula to rubbish since) so I’ve got no patience with reapplying lipstick.
And I’ve tried all manner of liquid lipsticks and they’re nothing on this. So annoyed with revlon.
