Blissful is a misnomer. It is an awful, plastic-smelling, drying lipstick. The color is blue-toned and just does not work for me. The worst part is not the color but the drying effect it has on my lips. My skin starts peeling off really quickly and I end up with chapped lips in less than 5 minutes. I would not repurchase or recommend to anyone.

I borrowed this from my daughter, it’s a cool, baby-pale pink. The color is entirely terrible on me – I’m fair yellow/olive with nearly black hair. This shade just makes me look sickly.
That being said, the formula is surprisingly lovely. It’s thick, creamy, goes on opaque and will ‘catch’ on lip flakes but it won’t highlight the flakes if that makes sense. After applying it almost turns into a soft, powder like finish but it never feels drying. It smells faintly like vanilla.
Packaging is shiny gold with a bullet that twists all the way down.
I really like the feel of this lipstick, but the color is not a good fit for me. I would certainly consider other shades.

a very playful baby doll pink. perfect for the springtime. If you are into brighter more out there pastel pinks then you’ll love it but if you’re into more subtle pinks then it’ll probably be too much for you. I personally like the shade however the downside? the application with most of these lipsticks can be pretty chalky. O own like half of the matte collection and love the shades but the powdery patchy application kills it for me. hence why I took off 2 lippies. Just make sure to exfoliate and apply a primer or balm before hand and it will look and feel better. The staying power is also pretty decent as is the price. So overall aside from that one qualm I would recommend

i love the way it feels on my lips. unlike other matte lipstick, this one has creamier feeling. no tugging on application, it glides easily on lips.
on me, it gives strong greyish hue (im olive skin, dark brown hair, dark brown hair, medium pink pigmented lips)
on my mom who has fair skin and dark pigmented lips, this lipstick shows up purplish.
color wise, its not something i’d like to wear. but for someone else this might be a gem.

WHOAH! A cheap TRUE matte lipstick that is as comfortable as a suede? I truly hope they expand their color selection.
Blissful has a cool powder pink plastic indicator, but is is actually more of a bright light-medium cool rose-pink. This is good for me, because I don’t do true pales well. It’s very pretty on my skin-tone (pale and leans cool). The wear-time and opacity is also awesome, like most mattes.
It is one of their vegan shades, and I love that Milani is offers many products Made In The USA!

I don’t think I’d repurchase this solely because the color just doesn’t work for me. I’m very pale (Mac n1) and it looks very jarring. However mixed with another color or liner I can do this. It is comfortable for a matte lipstick and not drying so it does have that going for it.

I love these. This is in a nice baby pink that is super wearable and natural. The formula is a true matte but is very comfortable to wear. It lasts for hours without seriously making your lips feel like the desert.
These are unlike the Maybelline mattes because they are more matte than those. I love them both though.
