“Copper Charge” is one of the Color Sensational lipsticks. It is a very unique color. It is a cream, but has a metallic look both in the tube and on the lips. On my pigmented lips, it has a very soft, almost sheer, metallic copper/peach look, but not glittery. (Trust me, I am 57 and work in an office. I would never be able to wear anything too glittery.) I love using this color as a topper to any other color, it gives any color a warm sheen that adds depth, but also tones down darker colors. It is like wearing a slightly shimmery bronzy/Gold lip gloss without the gloss feel. It is really hard to describe this color but i have been wearing it, both alone and as a topper, everyday since I got it and am now going to get a back up. I love it that much. On its own its perfect for weekends and will be amazing for summer. It wears well for 4 hours if you are not eating or drinking. It feels comfortable and slightly hydrating on my lips. Comes in the traditional Maybelline packaging, square plastic packaging, with clear brown top and silver base. You can get this at Walmart for $5.50 USD or a bit higher at CVS. I think it is beautiful. I wish they had more like this in their collection.
