This lipstick is highly pigmented of a deep purple mauve. I love mauve lipsticks and was excited to try this lipstick. This is very deep purple which I personally do not wear on its own. I will mix this lipstick to tone it down or do an ombre effect. For ombre this looks gorgeous in the middle and then I use lighter color on the rest of the lip.
I was able to purchase this on sale and for the quality what a wonderful deal. The container is not as nice as some other BH Cosmetics lipsticks. I am concerned over time, the plastic lid will fall off, but as of right now, it is still intact. There is a slight smell that is not pleasant, but it does not linger.
This will stain your lips so make sure to clean up any mistakes. I personally like the lingering color on the lips. When the comes off from food, at least you still have color on the lips.
PRO: long lasting, highly pigmented
CON: can be slightly drying.

Blissful is a lovely deep berry that helped my green eyes pop. This is my go-to matte lipstick brand (see my original BH cosmetics color lock matte lipstick review to read why!) Always remember to exfoliate and moisturize before any lipstick application-especially matte formulas for the best experience. Lost this shade during a move, not my top favorite, but will buy again simply to complete my collection.
