This is way better than a red lip on me! At first I was worried that it would look garish and odd. Maybe I would look like a wacky Grandma with too-bright lips. But you know what? It looks brilliant and lights up my whole face. It definitely looks better with liner. (Try Rimmel’s Exaggerate lip liner in 104 Call Me Crazy. It’s a perfect match to the Neon Orange lipstick.) The lipstick formulation is very pigmented and a touch drying on bare lips. You’ll feel better with a little bit of lip balm underneath. Red lips are nice. Red lips are predictable. Hot orange lips are better! It’s edgy and confident. Perfect for Spring and Summer and all your outside time!

This is exactly the same colour as one of my favourite MAC lippy’s – Morange
I bought this from the Cosmetics Company in York because I loved the colour when I saw it in the shop. I got it home and thought ‘I’m sure I recognize this’, I dug around in my makeup bag and found Morange and they are exactly the same shade. I’m sure it’s not just my eyes – I can’t find one difference in the products. As I love the colour I don’t really mind because I would only of repurchased Morange once I’ve used it all. But I’m slightly confused as to why they have two shades that in my eyes are identical?

This is a wonderful, unconventional color: SUPER bright, true orange. It actually looks a lot like a very bright lipstick, but it definitely has a more “fun” tone.
The consistency is a little drier than other MAC lipsticks — it’s not nearly as bad as “Ruby Woo”, but I make sure to put on chapstick under it. It’s heavily pigmented, one swipe and you’re set, and it’s pretty long-lasting. I can get about 4-5 hours of wear before I have to reapply.
