   These are awesome. I don’t get the hate on these here! I ordered 2 from Milani’s site because I couldn’t find them anywhere. I got the wine shade, Automattic Touch 07 and the red, Mattely in Love 06. Even though I have tons of wines/berries and reds, these are pretty and unique in color, let alone because of the metallic.

   I LOVE these. Not only is it a cool look, it’s not as crazy as I thought. They definitely catch the eye and you see metallic in them, but they’re wearable and even flattering. The scent and formula isn’t like the Amore Mattes, in my opinion. Those smell more like frosting while this is more a sweet candy punch, but with a definite makeup smell. I actually like the regular Amore matte lip creams scent more, but the formula for these is much better. The metallics have a thinner formula, you can play with it and move it a little more before it sets but it *is* hard to remove if you over draw a line or make a mistake because they do leave a stain. When you first apply it, some might get on your teeth similar to Nyx Suede or other not-totally-matte liquid mattes. They dry down to a demi matte feel, but the metallic makes it look like it’s not really super matte. The finish is comfortable though, and I prefer it to ultra dry mattes.

   One layer is opaque and doesn’t crumble or flake. I would advise to remove before reapplying as applying a second layer over a dry layer could cause crumbling, but I haven’t had to reapply any of the times I wore these. They really stay on and don’t travel. I felt they settled into lines less than the average matte liquid lipstick and even wore off less with oily foods than other brands/types, though directly applying oil will take it off at the end of the day.

   I’m not sure if the other colors aren’t as good, it could be that the very dark and light shades aren’t as good. But I love the two I bought and think they add a really interesting pop to a look.

   *Really important to note: Store them upright. I have the old container that was round, so I don’t know if the squares are different, but when they’re laying down, they ooze a little and it’s very sticky. It’s still a great product though.*

   I love this stuff. Amazing formula, flawless application. The only colors with issues are the lighter coral colors. For 8 bucks you can’t beat this kiss proof metallic formula. Comes off with eating grease per usual.

   I bought this lip cream in the shade 03 Matte About You and here’s what I think about it:

   Pros
   -Gorgeous color (it’s coral)
   -Dries completely matte
   -Has a sugar sweet smell

   Cons
   -Gives lips a crackled look
   -Makes lips feel dry and rough
   -It has a little burning/tingling sensation when it’s first put on
   -Has a sugary sweet smell

   I feel the same way about this lip creme as I do the Milani Amore Matte Lip Creme. This color is beautiful but not on me (I have a medium skin tone with yellow undertones). And I didn’t really notice a metallic look to it but I did notice the crackled look it gives. It accentuates the lines on my lips and makes my lips feel like they haven’t been moisturized at all. The smell is much stronger than the smell of the Amore Matte. It is nice but I had a headache when I tried this out and it was like it made my head hurt more.

   Would I repurchase? No. Would I recommend it? Most likely not. Should you use or buy it? That’s up to you. If you absolutely must have it, buy it at the lowest possible price so you don’t feel like you wasted money or buy it from a store or website that has an excellent return policy just in case.
