I got this in the mail and gasped. The tube is metal and beautiful to look at. It has a satisfying feel in the hand and closes well. The bullet scrolls up and you see a completely clear fluorescent pink balm. It took my breath away, it is so gorgeous. It has no scent or taste.
Unfortunately it did not do much on my lips. It is not particularly glossy. The color barely shows up on me. It’s somewhat moisturizing but nothing to write home about. I wished it looked as good on my lips as it does in the tube.
Doubt I will repurchase.

I got this for $6 at Ulta. So, I have tried a lot of these types of pH-magic-enhancing-your-own-color lip products. I’ve always been obsessed with both a sheer lip and lip stains, which are 2 notoriously difficult categories of cosmetics to get right. This one is actually pretty decent.
The Ultimate shade looked like it was supposed to be more of a berry color, but it’s definitely orangey-red on me. It’s very subtle at first, but you can pile it on to deepen the shade without it looking crazy. The tube is cute, it doesn’t look $$$ but it’s def cute. It’s shaped like a regular lipstick bullet, which makes it easy to apply. The texture is like a waxy balm. No scent or taste that I can detect.
The cons: it’s a little drying, doesn’t last as long as I’d like it to, slightly too subtle, you might not like the shade.
The pros: it doesn’t cling to every flake on your lips, which if you have ever tried the OG Fran Wilson mood changer lipsticks, means it doesn’t DYE your lip imperfections FUSCHIA. You can even get it slightly outside your lip line without comic effect. It’s a great topper/refresher over fading mattes or stains of the same shade family.
Honestly, it stands out just because it doesn’t stain my lips the same weird pink most of these things do.
Overall I’d recommend it, especially for the price. I tend to just have it in my purse for situations where I don’t feel like lipstick, but don’t want to look like death. I *would* buy it again, but I probably won’t?

It’s a waxy thick formula, it doesn’t go on super smooth.
Color isn’t quite noticeable, faint warm pink. It doesn’t last very long on my lips.

This is a nice color changing lip balm and stands out in the sense that the color is not the same pink we see for majority of them. This is rather a coral color and the more applied, the deeper the color.
I prefer the formula on the pink lip glow from Catrice better but this color just rocks. It is not drying at all on my dry lips and it sticks around for quite some time.
Definitely worth the $6!
