I admit I was skeptical of the applicator, but I actually like it! It’s made of silicone and has little nubs on it to gently massage and scrub your lips. It really helps the oil sink in. The oil is decently moisturising and leaves a nice subtle shine. It smells like citrus and doesn’t have a bad taste. However, sometimes throughout the day I find I’m craving something with more hydration. Keep in mind I really struggle with dry lips. This does keep my lips smooth, but I think it’s expensive for what it is and find I end up using quite a lot of it. I think I would repurchase though. It is one of the better lip balms in the drugstore.

This is a great product if you have dry peeling lips. The oil in the formula softens the fakes and the exfoliator tip is gentle yet effective at scrubbing off the dead skin. It’s expensive ($12.00 at Target) for a small tube, so removing a lippie for that. The oil is a nice treatment for nighttime.

I tried the tester and went home, not thinking about it. Waking up the next morning I noticed my lips was smooth and soft! Not dry and flakey which I usually have.

This is not a super aggressive lip polish. It’s more like a moisturizing oil with a gentle silicone applicator with little massaging nubblies. If you’re a picker, like m, you’ll appreciate the oil for the moisturizing benefits, but also for the subtle flake removal on the down low. I can forsee I will be yanking off fewer lip chunks at my cube.
You will still need to follow a regular lip maintenance schedule with a real scrub, toothbrush and balm, diy sugar scrub or the like.
This will join the Legion of lip products at my desk. I will probably be picking up a few more for my handbag & home office to replace the leaking Miliani lip oil, my former HG with really crappy packaging.
