I found this at TJ Maxx for $4. I figured I would give it a shot.
The color is highly tinted and shiny, just like latex. It is unscented and the container is cute and classy-looking. As for how long it holds out–I drink coffee/water and snack on stuff, and my lips held color for 3 hours (minus the glossiness), so it’s very good for liquid lipstick. The color I got, Hot Mess, is bright mauve–a pretty color.
The downside is the feel on your lips. It feels sticky, gooey. A certain amount of stickiness is expected when you wear liquid lipstick, but this one feels more gooey than other brands (which usually don’t last 3 hours, so take your pick).
I like it enough for what I paid, but not enough to pay full price (which is $21 at my local Ulta).

I got this in the shade pretty. The color is very pretty and natural. It’s the nicest color in any lipstick that I’ve found, I would never find a color that nice in a non high end lipstick. It stays on pretty well for a glossy lipstick, probably stays on better than any other glossy lipstick I’ve tried. The packaging is attractive, but I don’t like how it’s not sealed in plastic, anyone can open it, use it, and close it back up. Its very expensive, for me anyway. I found it for super cheap at Marshalls. It wouldn’t have been in my price range if I hadn’t found it on sale.

It is really pigmented but the shiny effect comes from the glossy texture which does not stay put and runs everywhere. 20 minutes after applying you’ll be left with the colour tainted on you lips but that’s pretty much it. It is really thick and end up in the middle of your lips and it felt like i was that pokemon that has glue stripes whenever he’d open his mouth . Nice packaging though

I bought 5 of these shades at Ulta while they were on sale for $10. Ulta made it seem as if the sale was for a few days, but it now seems that they’re permanently on sale for $10. I got colors Bite Me, Strange Love, Hot Mess, Rated R & Bye Felicia. I did swatches of all 5 shades in my video if you’d like to check that out for reference.

My overall opinion of these lipsticks is that I really like them for their rich pigmentation & unique shine. They look exactly like latex on the lips & this fact makes them so much fun. However, they aren’t long-lasting or transfer proof. They stick to anything you apply your lips to! Therefore, it’s a must that these lipsticks be kept in your purse at all times. They’re also not that buildable because if you apply more than 2 coats it starts to get goopy. I wouldn’t pay $21 for a lipstick that isn’t long lasting, so $10 is a much more reasonable price.
The formula isn’t too bad. A lot of people say it’s too sticky but I don’t mind it much. I’ve tried much stickier lipglosses. I really don’t think it’s all that bad. If Too Faced recreated this lipstick to be long-lasting & transfer proof then I’d say this lipstick is perfect!
So while it has a few cons, the rich pigmentation & unique latex makes it worth it to me. I’ve never tried lipsticks that had this kind of shine & the colors are so beautiful! Strange Love & Bye Felicia are two of my favorites & I am going to get Unicorn Tears soon!

If you want a long wearing lip colour with a super glossy effect then look no further. I’ve honestly not found another product at all like it and I’ve got a lot of lip products 🙂 Its not something I reach for every day because I often switch from matte lips to glossy to shimmery/glitter and so on.
I hope the make some new shades like a few nudes but for now I randomly use Peekaboo, Unicorn Tears and Twilight Zone.

I love Too Faced products but this was just awful. It definitely isn’t the worst lipstick that I’ve ever used but it’s still pretty bad. I got this on sale at Sephora and even though I got bought them for a really good value, I will be returning every one of the eight lipstick colors I bought. This delivers none of what I want in a “lipstick.”
First of all, they should call this a gloss. It’s very, very sticky and sheer. If I wanted a gloss, I would have bought a gloss. Though I didn’t mind the shine, I think that good lipstick needs to be pigmented to get the most bang out of your buck. The colors are nice but they’re nothing I haven’t seen before.
Second of all, the smell is absolutely dreadful. I ended up having to plug my nose when applying. It’s such a strong fragrance that I wanted to puke. I really liked the colors “Rated R” and “I’m Bossy” but the smell made me never want to look at these products again. I wanted to test out how long it would last but the smell caused me to take it off right away.
Lastly, it has a very thick consistency that was super heavy on the lips. I prefer light-weight products that feel comfortable. After a few minutes, I had to take it off because it was so heavy and the smell ruined my day.
I wanted to love this product, buying eight of them, but sadly, they did not work out.

Bought this shade in Peakaboo because it was on sale, a nice shade and I needed to add something on my Sephora order to get free shipping. I ended up falling in love with this formula and ordering four more shades. It gives the same level of opaque coverage you’d get with a matte liquid lip and its thick consistency makes it easy to work with for accurate application. Of course, it’s not going to be as long lasting as a matte but you do get a considerable amount of wear out of it. It’s very hydrating and my lips are soft and smooth when I take it off at the end of the day. My HG gloss.

I will start by saying I’m a girl who really loves her gloss. Sheer or opaque, sticky or a tinted oil, glittery or not. I have many glosses in my collection, and this is one I really quite like. It is most similar to the AoBH glosses, or the MUFE lipglosses. It is a thick, richly pigmented gloss with a faintly sweet dessert-like smell. The smell dissipates quickly and has never bothered me even though I am sensitive. Texture wise, it feels heavy on the lips, but hydrating. Despite this, it doesn’t bleed, it doesn’t feather, and it doesn’t smear (unlike what I’ve experienced with similar glosses in the past). I ended up wearing this to a work meeting where we ate three courses! It faded evenly, didn’t break down from the grease in the food, and didn’t smear past my regular lip line. There was still some product on my lips after dinner, and I was impressed.
I think my favourite thing about these glosses is the applicator. It is similar to a doefoot but has a wedge (similar to baking beauty sponges) as a tip. This makes application so easy and precise, I love it. While the regular packaging is a little bulky, it’s sturdy so I don’t mind. I find the gloss to be quite sticky, but it does warm up on the lips and it doesn’t feel gummy or migrate onto the teeth or around the inside of the mouth. While I prefer the more nude tones of this gloss, I really do like it and I would recommend it if you like the AoBH glosses. I think you’ll like these even better!

This is a new product from Too Faced and they are sister products to their Melted and Melted Matte. This has a thick consistency but does last a while. This is a very nice and extremely shiny lipstick. The shine and finish can last for hours, especially if you don’t smoke or eat/drink a lot. This tends to fade evenly or give your lips an ombre look, this depends on the way you apply it. I didn’t find it as sticky as other lip glosses can be.
