I am pretty disappointed with this one. The smell/teste is good, but not something you’d want to have for dessert: pleasant, but you wouldn’t be addicted to re-applying here… As for the moisturizing qualities – I haven’t noticed any. When I had a bad cold and my lips were constantly drying out I actually think it made matters worse as not only it didn’t relieve the dryness, it also stung and burnt where the skin were damaged. Ironically, I also got one of these as a present… I do like the way it colours my lips but as the effect doesn’t last long at all – i will definitely not be rebuying after I have used both sticks up.

Of all the Labello lipbalms this is the only one I like. It doesn’t dry out my lips and gives a subtle reddish color. The smell is also delicious. I’m glad they decided to reintroduce it.

So far I really like it. Gives a subtle hint of red, very subtle sparkle and some shine. And doesn’t taste bad when I lick it! The scent isn’t as sweet as I would like, but it’s okay. Doesn’t last too long but I don’t mind re-applying often. Also stains my lips pink when it’s gone. Would repurchase. =)

I adored the cherry flavoured Labello of the mid 2000’s.
At the school I attended during my early teens, not even a hint of concealer on unsightly spots was permitted.
My Cherry Labello was my lip saviour. Its faint red tint revved up my rather flatly coloured lips without appearing too ‘make up-like’.
Perhaps it’s just me, but I’m rather disappointed with the Cherry Labello I recently purchased. (In fact, crestfallen aptly describes how I feel!)
This is in the sense that it doesn’t seem to add much ‘colour’ to my lips the way it used to.
It’s as if I’m applying a basic, colourless lip balm. I’d save my hard-earned pennies and use trusty Vaseline if that’s all I expected of this lip balm.
I do concede that Labello’s moisturising properties still pack a powerful punch and the cherry aroma is oh-so comforting.
O fellow Mua’ers…
What ever shall I do?
*Sigh*

This is my pink best buddy. Chapped lips are not a problem anymore, it’s very moisturizing and on top of everything- it smells and tastes great! I also love the light tint it gives to the lips. I always reach for it in those rush mornings when I don’t really have time for finding a lip gloss. Its very easy to apply and has a silky soft texture. Sadly they don’t sell it where I live, so always pack up on them when I go to a country where they do sell them 🙂

I prefer sweet smelling products on my lips than the classic version so this is really nice…a light red tint to it..and works well on chapped lips…but where I live, its quite hot out…so I need to reapply this frequently…not much of a prob..(it tastes good too!). Okay for a drugstore chapstick. Bobbi brown lip balm with SPF 15 lasts mucccchhh longer!

I became addicted to Labello many years ago, but I have long since favored the Original or the Hydro Care. I found good old Cerise rolling around in my stash the other day and decided to throw it in my bag. Immediately I regretted ever tossing it aside — I actually love that it adds a slightly rosy red tint to your lips — it’s not too red or garish, but it is noticeable. I’m very fair, and it looks natural on me. I love finding new favorites that I already own! 🙂
For reference: NW5-10; NARS Siberia.

I’ve never been a fan of Labello. This was the first Labello I ever bought.
I love the smell, but all I can say about Labello lip balms is: “It’s like putting grease on my lips.” Yes it smells good, but it doesn’t do much to my lips. All it does is make it red. That and its smell are probably the only pros of this product because this lip balm can be used as a soft make up on a late night or something.

I´m love lipbalms… don´t know how many Labellos I bought and I never made it to use even one of them completely up, as I always lose them somewhere. But I always need a cherry Labello in my stash. Smells so yummy and though some don´t like it, I´m very fond of the reddish tint. This lipbalm provides moisture and the lasting power is ok. Not too long but it´s ok.
The big downside of this is the typical labello-effect. It gives your lips good moisture but when you stop using it, your lips are dry.

1.Price- REALLY cheap
2.Flavour- Nice scent but it gets kinda annoying with time
3. Color- I don’t like the fact that it shows too reddish on my lips.
Staying power- not as long as the Original Blue one.
But oh well it’s worth a try i guess?
Oh i almost forgot!
It’s great for a simple night-makeup.
