Had this about a week in the color 69, a blackened plum.
Pros:
– True to color in the pot.
– Doesn’t sink into lip lines/look uneven.
– Very light scent (strawberry Bubble Yum) that wears away quickly.
Cons:
– Needs a lip brush.
– Feathers at full opacity.
– Loses shine as you wear it (this is weird, I may need to test it more.)
So, last week I binged on makeup tutorials and I thought, “a slightly sheer blackened plum with a high gloss finish would be the sex. Like purple glass on my lips.” It was, it is, it’s gorgeous. Inglot’s website swatch is a perfect depiction for this which is good because the ONLY reviews I found for this color were in Russian (and Google Translate drinks too much.)
One person described the formula (according to Google Translate) as a beautiful she-devil because it ran from her mouth down her chin. I have to admit, it does feather, but not horrifically, just noticeably. That’s only at full opacity, if I blot it once then it’s fine — but what maniac wouldn’t want full opacity?! So that’s a con. I haven’t yet tried it with a lip pencil because I’m cheap, but I will get one an report back.
She also said that it looked really bad on chapped lips and sunk into her lip lines. I did not have that experience but I don’t live in Russia, where it’s probably cold (I don’t know, I’m allergic to temperatures below 80 degrees.) Her lips were also, in my opinion, severely chapped (no judgement, just saying.) On my average to slightly chapped lips it doesn’t collect so badly that it looks patchy. In fact, I find it remarkably even for such a dark product that is a little bit sheer.
The only other criticism I have is that it dries out/loses shine as it wears? My face is a desert sometimes but I find it very strange how dry it looks. I might need to try it a bit more maybe with a balm underneath or something. Maybe I’m eating the product unconsciously. Again, I will report back once I have controlled the feathering because mama won’t tolerate a clown mouth.
Finally, if you don’t have time/energy for products that require a lip pencil and a brush (I can relate) the Inglot tube lipstick in 175 is a straight up dupe for this color except it’s satin finish and not at all sheer. It doesn’t feather (unless you apply too much gloss on top) and is awesome.

I absolutely love these! I have 5 of them and I like that they’re moisturizing and rich. You get good color pay off and nice shine, in my opinion. They’re like a cream lipstick with a lustre finish. I can wear most of them without a lip liner. They’re a must have in my book. I’ll definitely repurchase. 😆

I honestly wish this didn’t come in a pot form but in a lipstick or a tube because #64 is absolutely gorgeous for any light-medium skin tone! I don’t exactly like the Inglot lipgloss tube or lipstick shades and I fell in love the moment this color touched my lips. It’s not extremely bright or dark–just the right amount of red for me.
As much as I love the color, I really don’t like how it doesn’t last for too long. Sans lipbalm, it can only last up to 30 minutes, more or less and it’s such a shame. Texture is really rich and smooth but I don’t really think it’s worth the price.

Despite the fact that this comes in a pot, it’s not glossy or balm-like in the least. It’s like a full-on cream lipstick in a pot. Application works best with a brush though a finger would do in a pinch. It’s not particularly drying or moisturizing. There is a lot of pigment which I wasn’t sure about given the swatches I’ve seen online were inconsistent. I got this in #67 which is a medium rose-mauve. There is a hint of a fruit smell but it fades upon application. I was hoping it was more conditioning but I do like how pigmented it is so I would buy again if a color struck me as unique.
