I have the shade Zinnia. Beautiful, natural flush of nude pink on the lips, wears lovely, great light scent. Price is very reasonable and it is sold in many places, so it is very accessible. Love this for a “no makeup” makeup type of day!

I’m a big fan of Burts Bees products and the tinted lip balm gives me just the right amount of color and moisturizer for my lips.

I love how this looks because it gives a beautiful wash of colour. however, i have noticed these balms as well as their other balms just dry my lips out. at first they feel nice and hydrating but after a while, my lips will feel 10x drier then they did before. so i have to be constantly reapplying this balm so i dont have uncomfortably dry lips

Burt’s Bees is the only brand of lip balm that works for me at all and this is no exception. This moisturizes without leaving a residue that clumps up later like most lip balms and lip colors. As it wears away it’s just gone.
I have very pale lips and the colors make my lips look naturally rosy. It doesn’t look like I’m wearing make up or like I just ate a red popsicle.
Definitely would buy and have bought this again.

Each and every time I used it I’ve ended up with a severe rash around my lips. But the end of the day my lips were looking like they were lined with a dark pink lip liner. They’ve got puffy and hurt. It takes me three to four days to recover from using this balm. Too bad I didn’t understand the cause right away and were using it weekly for more than a month. Terrible!

I LOVE this. I hesitated for a long time before I took the plunge to buy this because the reviews here weren’t too favorable – I wish I had tried this earlier!!
For those that complain about the barely-there color: It’s a tinted lip balm, so don’t expect a huge color payoff as that’s not the main purpose. Don’t expect tinted lip balms to be long-lasting, especially when it’s natural ones like Burt’s Bees. After all, it’s a mixture of waxes and oils.
I avoided using lipsticks or lip stains for a long time. I have small lips with lots of fine lines and wrinkles in them – definitely not the most plump lips in the world. I feel like whenever I use a strong color or a matte lipstick, my lips look smaller (and feel drier) and too artificial for my liking. Lip glosses help, but look too gloopy for my taste.
This tinted lip balm is exactly what I was looking for: moisturizing enough to remove the need for an extra lip balm underneath, a sheer color that livens up my face without being too obvious, unoffensive smell or taste, natural ingredients, and affordable. They make my lips look plumper and moisturized, without looking gloopy and unapproachable. I personally prefer this Burt’s Bees tinted lip balm way more than Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment or Dior Lip Glow. (If you are a fan of Dior Lip Glow ‘Pink’, then please try Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm in ‘Pink Blossom’ – they are very similar!)
I now have them in 4 shades: Zinnia, Sweet Violet, Pink Blossom, and Hibiscus.
Zinnia is the most sheer out of the ones I have. It’s a warm caramel color that doesn’t really show on the lips, but brightens up my face (as my lips are quite cool-toned naturally).
Hibiscus is a warm coral and has a stronger pigment than the other shades.
Pink Blossom is a light pink, and Sweet Violet is a cool-toned deeper pink. I sometimes mix these two with Zinnia on my lips to warm them up a little more.
I love them all and like to mix them together depending on the shade I want on a particular day, or to match a blusher I’m using.
On a side note, keep in mind that for any sheer tinted lip balm, the results will vary depending on your natural lip shade. If your lips are naturally very pigmented, the less color will show on your lips. My lips are naturally quite pinky-mauve and pigmented, but these still show a bit of color on my lips to really enhance them and enliven my face, rather than cover them up with an artificial layer of color. It also depends on the look you want – if you want a strong color payoff and long-lasting shade, these are not for you (let alone, any tinted lip balm).
For me, these are perfect and I will not be looking at other lip products for a long, long time!

Very moisturising. Colour didn’t bleed on teeth. Two lippies off as it wasn’t what I expected. I bought the colour hibiscus due to reviews (not on this site) saying it was a nice nude. Hibiscus was a reddish pinkish colour not the brownish skin colour nude I was after. For the price, I would have preferred better and classier packaging.

Nothing special.
I brought the one called “Honey”, it’s a nude/peach color that doesn’t appear on my naturally dark lip. It leaves a slight shiny on your lip and has a waxing, some times sweet smell to it.
I would rather just buy a regular lip balm instead of this.

I have this in Papaya and I actually prefer it to Burt’s Bees Pink Blossom. The colour is more vivid. Okay price. The smell takes some getting used to though.

Excellent lip product! I bought Nude and Honey and both are so pretty! They smell nice and they have such a beautiful, sheer application. For $8 you can’t go wrong!

Fantastic product. Smells amazing, has a perfect non-sticky finish, beautiful colours, what more can I say? I have one in every shade and they are all gorgeous. They’re the perfect way to experiment with bold colours in a non-intense way. You can also layer them for more intense colour. It’s pretty cheap, and I highly recommend it.

I have this in Blush Rose, which swatches as a nice sheer warm coral pink. The actual lipbalm color in the tube (and on the sticker) is very misleading though, as it seems much brighter, almost like a neon orangey pink.
It feels buttery-smooth, like it melts on your lips, but I dont find it that moisturizing because it dries so quickly. The pigmentation is good, and lasts for a few hours, which is a lot more than I expected from a tinted lipbalm!
However, the scent (a little too sweet and plastic-ey) is too overwhelming for me! At least it fades rather quickly. At 8$, this is one of the most expensive Joe Fresh cosmetic product, and it’s not the best, but it’s decent.

Very moist on my lips. Nice colours, great prices!!! Luv it!!!

Not sure what the “hype” about this product is coming from, but it’s just like any other tinted lip balm. After reading the initial reviews, I bought “Honey” from my local Loblaws for $8.00 CND. The packaging is cute, but the product itself is average. It smells nice, but it doesn’t seem to moisturize my lips as much as I want to during the winter/spring season. I actually have to put my regular lip balm before I apply this product so it doesn’t appear dry on my lips. Then again, everyone’s lips are different. Would I buy this again? Most likely not unless it’s on sale since the color pay off isn’t bad and it last as long as any other tinted lip balm. And with $8.00, you can definitely find a better tinted lip balm than this one.

I have it in ‘bare pink’
Gives a very natural, yet somehow glossy effect. One of the better lipbalms I have tried so far. Not sticky, sufficiently nourishing, nice texture.
I am a fan!

I’m not sure why I haven’t reviewed these. They are the most wonderful tinted lip balms. They feel so moisturizing and a delight to apply. Goes on smoothly and evenly, and it doesn’t have any taste or smell (which is great!). I have this in Pink Raspberry and love the colour. Its a nice deep pinky-red which looks great with minimal makeup. I pair this usually with just mascara, eyeliner, and nice pink/nude/rose blush. Looks lovely! I have to go back and purchase more. I hope BB didn’t discontinue these.

Goes on slick without stickyness and gives a tint of color. very moisturizing. i’m not sure if bobbi brown still makes this product or not, but i will try to track down some more of this product!

The color I purchased is Bronzed Pink.
Normally, I would not spend $18 on a lip balm – honestly, it is not any more moisturizing than a drugstore brand. However! I was looking for a certain color and this was the only brand I could find that had the color I was looking for.
I’m not sure why they call it Bronzed Pink – there is no pink to this – it is a mostly bronze/brown shade (which is what I wanted).
It is not greasy or gloppy or sticky – it applies very nicely and smoothly. But so do a lot of cheaper brands I’ve used (Burts Bees, Carmex). It is moisturizing – I’ve had it on for about 3 hours now and the color is still good and my lips are still soft.
Overall I think its a great lip balm, but for the price, I dont know. I would buy again if I needed a specific color only. $18 is way too much for a lip balm

This lip balm goes on the lips very smoothly and hydrates them very well. My only problem with it (that’s the reason why I gave it 4 stars) is that the “Bronzed PINK” shade is not pink at all. Of course, because of the name, I had expected to receive a dirty pink, a dark pink, a whatever pink shade but I didn’t. This is pure brown! This suits me quite well but again…I was expecting a pink shade.

horrible. colour did not go on evenly, was streaky. this only looks ok if u have perfect lips which is dumb since you wouldnt need a lip balm in that case.

Bobbi Brown is dead to me if she doesn’t bring these back. I have two- Champagne and Pink Raspberry. Champagne is a lovely base color for some of my sheerer lip products. I love the way it looks under Chantecaille Venus l/s. Essentially, I use Champagne to moisturize like a balm and kick up whatever color I am wearing.
Pink Raspberry is a lovely MLBB color which looks really nice with a bare face or on casual days. Color wise, it is not unlike Guerlain Fleur de Feu stick gloss, and is only a bit less bright than FDF.
I like the texture, the shine and the emollience of the ones I have. Would repurchase (depending on what is out at my counter). These are expensive for balms, but their usability and quality makes up for the jacked up price- these balms are very easy to use, don’t ball up, and have nice pigment.
Hopefully she will bring these back with SPF as I use Champagne daily.

This lip balm is tingly and minty and has a nice pop of colour. I find that it’s a little sticky for my taste though!
outlyingHeron4
It’s very moisturising and colour isnt too pigmented and gives a nice slight colour to the lips, but wow, it smells pretty bad and tastes bad too, so I wouldn’t purchase again.
wrathfulMacaw7
I have the color zinnia and it does not show up on my lips what-so-ever. My lips are naturally pigmented a dark mauve-brown color. But its super moisturizing and keeps my parched lips nice and hydrated. Maybe i’ll try a darker color next time.
bubblyPepper6
Does everything that a tinted lip balm should. Keeps lips moisturized, has a glossy finish, non-fragranced, with a hint of color. The shade rose is bright red and quite pigmented for a tinted lip balm. Perfect for everyday or an effortless look. I plan on purchasing other shades.

I have bought the Papaya one, it is so nice!
It was not very cheap but I bought it using
the buy one get one free coupon. Papaya
smell really good and looks great on me.If
you want to buy one test the colour on you first because
they look lighter on your lips then you think.

Nicely pigmented and yummy smell! I forget it’s a lip balm. It’s expensive, but I got two for 8 bucks with the coupon flier in store- greeeaaaat deal! I got blush rose (pinky red) and Papaya (sheer pink) love. it. Really turned me on to Joe Fresh cosmetics1 Want to get their cheek tint stick!

I bought this in “Blush” which is a neon pink in the tube, but applies on my lips as a medium pink with a touch of warmth. I think it would suit most skin tones. The texture reminds me of the discontinued CG Trushines which is a good thing. The peach scent is not bad, fades quickly but I prefer unscented lip products. I’m also not keen on the waxy taste but I only notice it if I lick my lips.
The texture is quite moisturizing but not as much as a true lip balm. The silver tube is rather classy and the sticks themselves look so bright and cute it’s hard to resist them. I tried several Testers in the store and the Nude looks really nice (color reminded me of CG Trushines Nude).
Normally I apply lipstick, blot, and then balm or gloss on top — so the best thing about this for me is that it’s all-in-one and you don’t really even need a mirror.
I paid $8 Cdn which isn’t a bargain in my book, but not bad. I prefer the Joe Fresh lip stains which are $6 and last longer, but then of course I need balm or gloss on top.
I’ll still be hunting for my HG tinted lip balm, but these are pretty nice and if you like a scented product you’ll love them.

Am on a lifelong quest for the perfect tinted lip balm. These come close, which is saying something. Took a while to find the right shade for my fair skin– brown is too corpselike; rose petal is pretty but too intense for casual use; pink popsicle matches my exact lip color but doesn’t pop. The answer: pink raspberry — a noticeable but subtle cool pink. Moisturizing, stays on longer than most balms, and blessedly, no fragrance. On the downside, no SPF and very expensive. But I’ve got a drawerful of them, so I must be hooked.
amazedSheep1
I own two- I am a fan of Bobbi Brown products,I own rose petal and citrus.Citrus was my favourite this summer-it looks a bit scary when you see it(bright orange) but on the lips it’s just a glossy, healthy shade. It did not dry on my lips at all, and this summer my makeup routine was very simple-mascara,coral blush, some bronzer and citrus and I was good to go!

This is a great product for anyone who dislikes the goopiness of most lip glosses nowadays. I bought this in Golden Pink & it is nice & very shiny. It has nice flecks of gold/bronze and the color looks very different on the lips vs. the tube. I love that it feels like putting Chapstick. I did give it four lippies because I would have liked it to be a bit more moisturizing. Still, a great and well-thought product!
