This is a brown-mauve color. It feels nice going on, but dry later, It also has a strong mint taste, which I don’t like, so no rebuy. There are better items like this, like Neutrogena’s lip crayon balm.

I brought this in Rosy Red. I love the plastic twist-up packaging as you don’t lose half of it when you sharpen it unlike crayons. it’s nice and chunky too so easy to use. unfortunately i don’t actually like the balm. it goes on quite glossy. it’s thin so feels v slippy on lips rather than thick and gloopy and this red has a v slight mint/menthol tint. it does feel nice and smooth but unfortunately didn’t stay on very long so i had to reapply it often and when wearing it all day it actually made my lips more dry than before wearing it 🙁 it also leaves my lips looking flat which no other product does. strange and i don’t know how to describe it better! expensive for what it is and i wouldn’t buy it again even to try a different colour.

I love this balm! I was also a little hesitant to buy it at Target with the $16 price tag, but it is better than the cheaper drugstore tints/balms and a much better price then high end. I will definitely repurchase!!!!

At first I hesitated at spending over $16 for a Target lip balm but this turned out to be a great alternative to other more expensive and highly pigmented crayon style balms and much better color wise than cheaper drug store brands I’ve tried. This mauve is supposed to adjust to individual body chemistry to give you the perfect MLBB shade. I don’t know if that’s true but it’s definitely my HG MLBB color and I can see myself reaching for this more than any other that I own. This wears some where between lip stick and a true lip balm, not overly pigmented so I don’t feel like I’m wearing full on lip stick but enough color to make this perfect for day time. It contains Shea so it’s nice and moisturizing and fairly long lasting but unlike many products with shea butter this doesn’t leave my lips gritty after an hour. If I forget this after putting it on at the house I can put whatever clear gloss or lip treatment I have in my purse over the rosy looking stain this leaves behind and will still look decent at 9pm. The color outlasts the moisture by a mile and it tints my lips better than a few stains I’ve tried. Pricey but love it and I’d buy it again. May have to buy another one just in case it gets Dc’d. I’m surprised that there are no reviews for these balms on here since the in store display seemed pretty ransacked. Must be fairly new.
