I heard some gurus in Youtube said so many good things about this particular product so I ordered it several days ago. I am kind disappointed. First of all, the color is pretty but it is so hard to spread it evenly on the lips. it is crunky and looks cheap. Secondly, it makes my lips burn. I feel so uncomfortable to wear it as after I apply it, I grudually feel my lips are burning till i wipe it off. Not happy.

This color pink is kind of awful. It automatically gives that “kid who drank kool-aid and got it all around their mouth” look. I really hate this effect of balms. I like a balm to have color that I can trust to put on without looking. The other two balms I’ve tried from this line; Nice & Natural, and Mellow Melon are great. I don’t get the kool-aid look, and my lips feel nice. The color of this one is just so pink – almost clown pink…I can’t see this working well for most people. It does a good job of moisturizing, but the color is just too much to deal with! I like the moisturizing effect of these…I find them really similar to the MAC tinted lip conditioner pots, but at a fraction of the price. The issue I have with these is the packaging – these are huge! They could take away probably half of the packaging for the amount of product you actually receive. You get a lot of product – because I find a little goes a long way, but there is just SO much extra plastic around the product well. These are $3 on the ELF website.
