Okay this product is a GOLDMINE!!!!!!!! Woooow. Okay. So my experience may be dependent on something – I have lip fillers. Which I got injected about 9 months ago. Sadly I thought that the juvederm had pretty much left the building entirely because my lips had gone back to their original size a few months ago (which seemed very short to me). Anyway, I take a daily diuretic for medical purposes and I’m also on other meds that cause a lack of hydration, so I had assumed this was the reason my lips had basically reverted (hydration is a major factor in how plump your lips look when you have fillers).
Anyway – I actually bought this product because I wanted to get the soothing lip therapy but it wasn’t available, so I decided to give this a shot. It’s been four days, and this product has brought my lips back to LIFE!! They look insanely good, like they have been reinflated lmao. My friends definitely noticed too so it wasn’t just me! It’s like it made my lips grab onto as much moisture as possible and is retaining it AMAZINGLY. I’m actually stunned, the volume has completely returned and I’ve been practically dancing for joy hahaha.
Also, what I have been doing in conjunction is exfoliating my lips before applying it in the morning and night. I do this by putting a bit of toothpaste on my lips and then scrubbing it off after a few mins, then I apply the treatment all over afterwards. I go right around my lips and onto the skin around it too.
I want to take a before and after picture but I don’t want to let my lips go back to how they were before long enough to take one lmao. I’ll try to find a before pic that I can zoom in on and upload it.
Seriously – for any girls with lip fillers, give it a go. I’d been considering topping mine up but turns out this was all I needed for now. It’s expensive as fuck but the ingredients are clearly good quality (beginning to seriously respect the Murad brand, I also have a cleanser by them which is fab).
