I had low expectations for this and was initially disappointed. It took two days to improve my lips, but as i kept using it it kept them moisturized. I should add that I have REALLY dry lips year round and always chapped in winter, but this really helps. Highly recommend!

Great product, with spf15. Smooth and non-greasy. Very comfortable. Great for summer time.

I got this free last summer with the SPF spray for face and body. this is an average lip balm with no thrills or frills. It does the job, especially in the winter time. I personally prefer Burts Bees infused lip balms because they have a great scent as well as moisturizing properties. Avon’s Dew Kiss lip dew is also a very good lip balm and is cheaper than this.

This is a good basic lip balm. It moisturizers well, reasonably priced, has spf of 15 and is available at most drug & grocery stores. It’s not the greatest balm, but it is a solid, dependable option.

My lips hate this lip moisturizer. It’s thick and shiny, like a clear lip gloss. At first it feels nice going on. But every time I use it my lips end up getting really chapped within a few hours. Even if I put on a thick layer that should be enough to protect against dry air, it feels like the product itself is pulling moisture out of my lips. I’ve been getting dry flakes while my lips are completely coated in this stuff. I think there’s no way to make this work for me so I’m throwing it away.

LOVE! I’ve wanted to try this forever and just finally got around to it because I received it as a Christmas gift. It is my new HG for nighttime, at least in winter (I may be able to get by with something cheaper for summer nights). It is thick and sticky, leaving my lips rather shiny. Overnight, it sinks in and by morning it’s still there (most other lip balms/treatments leave me needing to re-apply first thing) and my lips are soft and supple with no flakes, cracks, etc. I find that I don’t have to apply balm as much during the day when I’ve used this the night before. It has almost no scent/taste, which is an added bonus. A little hard to find and a bit pricey (especially if paying to ship), but worth it.

I have this in mojito and love it! It is a gel formula and is slightly sticky but has crazy staying power and more than does the job!!!

This didn’t work for me. I have dry-ish lips – not horribly chapped or cracked, but dry enough for me to start searching for a good lip balm. A lot of balms/treatments/glosses dry out my lips – even things that other people swear by (Kiehl’s, Burt’s Bees, Clarins, La Mer) and this was no exception. I thought it was priced *okay* at $12 for a tube (compared to say, $50 for La Mer, or $20 for Laura Mercier), and I liked the non-wasteful packaging. This lip “moisturizer” is a clear, non-fragranced gel. It goes on a little shiny, but it’s not super “wet” looking. At first, it felt great on my lips; they felt comfortable and smooth. Within a few hours, though, my lips were dry and peeling. Adding more of the M&G just continued the cycle. I can see using this at night and then exfoliating the dead skin off my lips in the morning, but I won’t continue using it as a regular balm/treatment.

I have always been in search of the one lip balm which would not cause my lips to peel AFTER applying the lip balm. In my country, most lip balms found on drug stores shelves are from Mentholatum and they would cause my lips to peel. Yes they have cute packagings but their products are not up to standard. This lip balm did not cause my lips to peel at all. I wouldn’t say it is moisturizing (or wet like your lips are soaking in moisture) as it leaves a waxy layer on my lips but it looks like I have a thin layer of gloss on. It doesn’t have any scent or leaves a tint. This lip balm does not cause my lips to change colour. I have this problem when I use other brands of lip balms and an hour or two later, my lips would be paler. This lip balm does not do that to my lips. This lip balm definitely leaves my lips feeling very moisturized and I will definitely repurchase this even though its packaging isn’t attractive. I almost forgot to say that this lasts very long. Worth every penny.

Can I just say that this is my favourite beauty product of all time?? It is amazing how it moisturizes my lips. I have very dry lips and once I use this (mostly at night) I wake up with amazing lips. They are moisturized,they feel baby smooth and they look plumper. This is the only lip balm that seems to soak into my lips rather than sit on the surface. I definitely recommend it.

I use this every morning and night. So far have only tried this and banana boat’s. It is definitely more moisturising than the other. Would buy again.
