Terrible. Firstly, it sits on your lips and doesn’t get absorbed.
Secondly, it made my lips peel and crack everytime I used it. It took me a few tries to figure out what was causing it. Throwing this out.

I spent my holidays out of the country so from hot and humid to cold and dry. My lips started to chap the minute I stepped out of the airport but I thought it was just dehydration. By the third day, my lips had wounds and cuts so I decided to purchase a lip balm. Just bought this randomly and I find that I really like it. It soothed my dry, chapped lips and restored them to healthy looking lips in a matter of days.
The formula is kind of waxy which reminds me of a solid petroleum jelly. It doesn’t have any particular smell or taste which is good. Also, the extra SPF 30 protection is a huge plus. When I twist the product all the way up, there is still a LOT of product left, despite my obsessive use of it. When I put this on at night, there is still a very light film on my lips by morning, and this definitely does have a slightly heavier feel unlike ones that instantly get absorbed. So if you’re not into this, then you might not like it.
Although I did like it, I will not repurchase because I’m sure there are other lip balms in the same price range that feels lighter and does a good enough job at the same time.

this is the one of my must-have-item! I usually use this before lipstick for 3 minutes and I feel my lips like it! eventhough the price is quite expensive for me but it’s so worth it to try! it also protect my lips from the sun so my lips wouldn’t become darker

I just bought it on the supermarket. And this lip balm is so far than i thought. This lip balm does nothing in my cracked and dry lips.

This lip balm does nothing to relieve my extremely chapped, flaky lips. In fact, it even leaves them drier than before application. It’s just like any generic Chapstick out there. I think petroleum jelly works even better. The only saving grace is the fact that it’s scentless and flavorless.

It does nothing!! I applied this many times and I still get chapped lips

I don’t know guys, but I think this product is pretty decent on fulfilling its promise.
I usually use this product for my night treatment. I have a darkened side lips with flaky and chapped lips on a daily basis (without any kind of lip balms) and it works great on the morning after. It makes my lips supple and soft. No cracks at all.
But for a daily basis treatment, this is not so good. Sometimes it won’t work to treat my cracked lips (I live on a tropical country and I drink minimum 2 L per day). I’d rather have a highly moisturizing lip balm. But I only have this for the moment, so I’m in a search for another great lip moisturizer.
About the packaging, I really like the minimalistic and simple packaging. But if you’re not careful, you can break it out because of the too much spinning of its product.

When I first bought and tried it, I thought it was horrible. It was hard to apply and I felt like it did nothing. I honestly thought it’s the worst lip balm ever. However I kept using it nonetheless and I’m so glad I did! After a few uses I think the texture loosens up a bit and it feels more and more moisturising each time. In fact I always find myself choosing this lip balm over my other ones each time. I get canker sores frequently and that’s when my lips get dry and chapped the most, which makes my mouth hurts even more. This lip balm eliminates them, leaving a soft and supple feeling instead. I like putting a good amount of it on my lips before bed as my lips will be all treated the next morning. The best lip balm yet, it beats Baby Lips and EOS big time.
On a side note, I may have hated this lip balm before because I was used to using tinted/menthol/flavoured balms and this is actually my first time trying a “normal” lip balm (except for Vaseline it is, but I hardly ever use Vaseline for my lips though as I find it a bit too oily). Over the time I got used to this one too so that might also explains why it gets better and better each time.
Recommended! A little pricey but so worth it. It has a tough durable packaging and the product stays neat and clean inside it. I love it.

Personally, I think this product is not as bad as the reviews. It moisturizes my lip well, and it even gives the gloss!
