This is the best lip scrub! It is very gritty, smooth, easy to spread on the lips and to rinse off. I’ve only tried the elf lip scrub before this one and I didn’t like it, it was too waxy, wasn’t gritty enough and just a pain to use as well as didn’t get off a lot of the dry skin. I like it comes in a small jar making it easy to store and more sanitary and easy to use in my opinion. It has a very nice and sweet scent as well as taste. I accidentally got some in my mouth lol. It gets off the dead skin beautifully and leaves my lips looking nice and smooth without being super harsh but still needing to apply a balm afterwards.
In the colder months my lips get super dry and flaky which irritates me so I tend to really pick at them making them bleed and cracked even more so then normal. So this is a must have product for me if I want to have nice looking lips because this removes all of it. Although this isn’t the cheapest product but also isn’t the most expensive I got it for $15. This will also last you a long time because you only use it a few times a week and don’t need to use a lot of it so it will last a long time. Highly recommend!

I have used many lip scrubs over the years from homemade, drug store, and higher end and I would choose this every time. It smells and tastes like a tub of vanilla frosting and has just the right amount of “grit” to properly exfoliate. It also leaves behind a layer of hydration but Milani also makes a lip treatment to pair with it to lock in the moisture which I really want. The only con is the jar it is in. I would prefer it in stick form like Tartes which would be more hygienic. I wear liquid lipstick daily and I use this every night before washing my face so I don’t end up with sugar all over it and it leaves my lips silky smooth. I highly reccomend!

I really like this! My first time using a lip scrub. It keeps my lips soft for like 3 days. Lovely scent and texture. I wanted to make my own but I got lazy when I heard about this on YouTube. It’s a great little product!
Rated 5 out of 5 by drilmk from Really nice but safe i’ve been using it as a body cleaner before but this was better than I expected. i never used so I was wondering if it wouldn’t give me any better results in this spot. wow….it really does what it says it does. it’s not worth using on its own and i think it needs to be carefully stored because i love to soak in the dry environment. i don’t have acne yet i tried use with morning coffee (as a summertime setting). but really, this is a great little new tool. I need one less mistake and someone will stop using it and there’s nothing we can do except support us.

The bottle itself is comfortable for use and the formula of the bottles is really simple. Great to keep your lips happy, well lubricated, drying easily, cleaning well and and even putting out some of the oil too. Im definitely going to recommend this to anyone looking to get the least amount of oil they can afford. It’s a really inexpensive product.

Hold up to cold if it’s not strong enough or stuck to its coating (especially when taking down your makeup). Put some Kool-Aid around your lip

After my LUSH lip scrub expired, I wanted to try a new one that I could find in a brick and mortar store near me. I stumbled upon Milani’s lip scrub and decided to give it a try. It is a lot different than LUSH’s version, but it still does a good job of exfoliating the lips. Rather than the sugar particles being suspended in oils, Milani’s version has them in a soft petroleum jelly consistency base. The grains aren’t rough, but they do take off the dead skin well. If you want, you can leave a thin layer of the base (which is mainly mineral oil, shea butter, and some moisturizing seed oils) on your lips after you wipe away the sugar, but you can also remove all of it and add a lip balm afterwards. While this is not quite as good as the LUSH scrub, I do like it for the price/convenience and the effectiveness. Also, I think the packaging is really nice, which to me is a bonus.
