Used Vaseline in a tub few years back and it was hardly hydrating for my lips. Recently I tried Elizabeth Arden 24 hour cream and since both are made of petroleum jelly , I decided to try this scented one for fun . Smells so nice and delicious. Comes in a cute precious bottle and hence I cannot slather it on . works well for my lips but EA is still better

This is my favourite lip balm! I used to always try different lip balms because I liked to see the differences in formulas, but a few years ago I started getting weird reactions from other drugstore lip balms, and seriously thought I might have an STD or something (lesson learned, don’t self-diagnose on Google). Anyway, I think Vaseline Lip Therapy might have just come out around that time, or maybe I’d just never noticed it before, but I gave it a shot and it was a winner! It doesn’t give me a weird reaction and I like how smoothly it goes on; it makes my lips look and feel very soft. I use the Cocoa Butter version for day-to-day, but I also really like the Rosy Lips version for when I want to add a bit more colour to my lips. The tin is typically sold for CAD$5.99 which is pricier than other lip balms, but it also lasts a lot longer and has more product (17g) than a lot of stick balms. I will continue to repurchase as long as it’s available, and I hope to try out the Original and Aloe versions if they go on sale.

I bought this because I thought it would smell like chocolate–but it smells slightly like a creamy coconut–which is nice too. Pleasantly tropical. Great for travel, can use on cuticles.

one of my HG products to use before bed. Adorable packaging, smells great, works amazingly. No problem with this at all and will be repurchasing when i run out.

WOW! I love these little pots of awesomeness. I have them everywhere. In my purse, at my desk, in my medicice cabinet. First of all, these are just cute, sorry, but wee miniatures of anything are cute and these fit in the palm of your hand and look like a mini vaseline jar.
But, as another reviewer said, it’s what’s inside these little jars that make it so awesome. Very moisturizing lip balm, which just may be vaseline with cocoa butter in it, but it make my lips feel so soft and smooth. I hate dry lips and this really helps to alleviate the dryness.
However, I don’t just use this on the lips, I also massage this into my cuticles to helps soften them. It also helps soothe cracks on your fingers, if you get those. I handle alot of paper and this happens from time to time.
The price is right too, I think I pay $1.79 for these and the product lasts a long time before it runs out. These are very handy to have anywhere. The only downside is you have to apply this with your finger. So you really don’t want to share these with anybody.

The little jar is so precious, and the product within the precious little jar is awesome. It’s basically vaseline’s vaseline with cocoa butter in a plastic mini container like its large counterpart. It leaves my lips soft and supple, better than any other lip treatment I’ve used. Plus, you only need a little to get the job done. I’ll definitely rebuy this, because they’re cheap and usually on sale at a ton of places.

I am old enuff to remember Vaseline coming in a glass jar with a metal lid and it smelled AWFUL, such a chemical odor!!! The worst thing was, my mother used to put it on our faces before we walked to school in the morning, so that our skin would not chap in the cold wind. I still remember how that felt, and smelled – me and my brothers hated it, would throw on our parkas and try to run out the door before she could get us!! Things sure have changed since then in the world of Vaseline.
I bought this because the teeny tiny little jar was just too cute. Turned out it is a pretty awesome balm and EXCELLENT cuticle moisturizer. Very portable due to size. I think I’ll buy the large one next, use it for more things, and to refill the little jar when I run out. It would probably make a really good foot cream. Yes, a tube would be more sanitary, but it wouldn’t be as charming as the adorable little jar! And after all, I probably would not have noticed it if it were not for the packaging.
