I got this as a gift in a pack of 4 with other unique flavors (rose mint was my favorite) and it has a similar texture to Burt’s Bees original lipbalm. It has kept my lips in good condition while breastfeeding, which says a lot. I have always had dry skin but pregnancy and breastfeeding have taken it to next level desert status! I keep a tube near me at all times, and the assortment of flavors keeps me motivated to apply. This would be a nice gift for a mom or mom-to-be!

I love hunting for great lip balms, and I think I’ve found a new favorite! I found this while stumbling through the internet in an article about drugstore lip balms. Oddly enough, i couldn’t fins it anywhere but online. My lips dry out really fast and they’re especially sensitive to many products. I tried EOS, Carmex, Chapstick, and a few other popular brands, most gave me great hydration for about 24 hours, then some pretty terrifble allergic reactions after that.
The product is all natural, I think their whole brand is, and it doesn’t bother my skin which is the biggest win here! It goes on a bit thick which I personally don’t mind, but I think a lot of other people do. It lasts for most of the day, the only times I need to re-apply are after I’ve eaten or drank something. The tube itself is the pretty standard 0.15 oz. I’ve been using one tube very consistently for about three weeks and I’m maybe a third of the way done with it, so as long as I don’t lose it, it looks like it’ll last me about two months!
As far as hydration goes, I’ve seen better, but even though it doesn’t hydrate as much as others, it locks all the moisture in better and doesn’t leave my lips dry after it finally wears off. Some people find the lavender scent odd, but I think it can’t be a stranger smell than lanolin. Overall, it’s a quality, all natural, long lasting lip balm that’s great for people with sensitive skin.
