I used to get the old Flavor Splash lip balms when I was a tween, and I grew to like them. Now they’ve not only changed the packaging, but they changed two of the flavors in the 4-pack! I miss the old flavors.
Berry Loco (Four Berry Blend)- This is my least favorite flavor. The scent is a very sickening sweet flavor that gives me a headache. I liked the raspberry flavor a LOT better than this.
Color Me Kiwi (Kiwi Strawberry)- I can tolerate this one, unlike the berry one. It’s supposed to be a kiwi strawberry flavor, but it smells like a Mango Lip Smacker!
Peelin’ Good (Orange Citrus)- This flavor is just like the citrus one from the old packs. It smells exactly how I remember it.
Pure Original- Smells just like the original Aquafina lip balms. It’s nice if you like menthol flavors.
Overall, I’m disappointed that they changed the flavors. Plus it kind of has a lotion-like feel and taste. I don’t think I’ll buy this pack again or any Aquafina lip balm except maybe the original one.

I love this Chapstick! It’s my favorite, although like some of the others who have written reviews, I don’t much care for the original (menthol) flavor either; however, my main issue right now is that, while I used to buy the four pack at Walmart, I can’t do that anymore because they no longer sell it there…could anyone tell me where else they might sell it, another store where I could buy this chapstick because no other chapstick I’ve tried works nearly as well as this one for me. If someone could tell me another store where it’s being sold, I would greatly appreciate that!!!

I loved these until they added Phenoxyethanol, to which I’m allergic. Yes, I know it’s just a preservative and it’s relatively safe; but that didn’t change the redness, dryness, and rash that appeared on my face. These lip balms were my holy grail lip balm until recently because of the previous statement.

I get these at the dollar store, in the square tube, and so far these are my 2nd favorite lip balms. Actually, probably the first now that my 1st one doesnt seem to be sold anymore. At first i only got the original one, but i couldnt find them so i got the wild berry scented one. I was pleasantly surprised when it didnt have a rediculously strong smell or taste. I was avoiding the scented ones because of this, but now i know i dont have to. I tried the aquafina cooling lip balm in the little pot, and that destroyed my lips after only 2 days of use, i used the flavor splash one, and it healed in a day. It’s very smooth and moisturizing, has little to no smell, and no taste what so ever. However the original one is a little minty, not bad at all for me.

First-the reasons this isn’t a 5 star review, even though it is probably my favorite lip balm. I buy these in packs of 4 for around $3, but I can only use the 3 fruity ones. The original flavor burns my lips like crazy. Way too minty, so I automatically waste one in the package because it is unusable for me and the fruity ones can’t be purchased alone. Grr. And personally I’d prefer no minty tingle at all but I can tolerate it in the fruit flavors. All that complaining aside, these truly are some of the best lip balms I’ve used. They’re hydrating, not waxy, and they’re cheap! I’ve bought so many expensive lip balms over the years (Prada!) and I never dreamed that my first repurchase would be Aquafina! But it is, and I’ve repurchased these a dozen times in the last few years! If they ever made a non-tingly version, I’d stockpile a lifetime supply!
UPDATE 1/1/15- My wish came true! They now make the FlavorSplash Lip balms without menthol! The downside is that I’ve only found them in a 4-pack at Walmart and one of the flavors in the 4-pack is the original mentholated flavor, but the other three (kiwi, orange and berry) are not! It’s worth $2.44 for three anyway, and it’s easy to give away the one I won’t use.

For me I find that when I first try out lip balms my lips really like it but then they get used to it and they don’t work like they once did. For awhile they worked well, I liked that they were kinda minty because I felt like they were helping to repair my busted lips in the cold weather but it soon became mediocre. I don’t know if they changed the ingredients or what but it just stopped being good.

First of all, there isn’t that much in each tube. When I first used these lip balms I LOVED them. My favorite one was raspberry. I didn’t really like the original mint one. They’re all kind of minty but original was TOO minty. But after about a week or 2 of using these, they started to make my lips peel. I started using carmex and it healed immediately. I tried them again to see if they were what made my lips peel or it was just a coincidence and the peeled again.

I bought a pack of 4 of these Aquafina Flavor Splash Lip Balms. I got one in Original which is minty, one in Wild Berry, one in Raspberry (my favorite) and lastly a tube that has extreme healing process that is minty. In just 2-3 times you put one of them on (not the tube) your chapped lips with be 100% healed and soft and moisturized to the max. If you use the product in the tube, in just 1 time use, your chapped lips will for sure clear up! It’s so amazing and it’s a necessity for the winter! Definitely purchase!

So far I love them. =) I have only tried the citrus one so far, I love that it smells of oranges. I also love how easily it glides onto my lips, without much effort. The menthol only makes my lips tingly a few minutes and then subsides. Seems to moisturize quite well! It stayed on for over 3 hours and my lips were still soft even after it was off. I’m not sure how much I like the taste, but even if I wipe it off before I eat I don’t mind since I got a 4 pack for $2.44 at Walmart so it doesn’t break the bank. Would repurchase!
