I own MAC lip pencils along with NYX. Unlike other reviewers I have not experienced any drying or difficulty sharpening NYX pencils. I always moisturize my lips before applying anything to them.This color is a neutral toned pink. Perfect for when wearing a muted pink or light berry hues lip stick. Last as long as MAC,no bleeding.I find Prestige lip pencils except color Poppy(Orange) to be dry and hard to put on.Never have that issue with NYX.

A very nice medium pink shade that applies nicely and lasts a long time. I usually line my lips with this then apply a pink lipgloss on top. I love this shade.

Unlike the other reviewers here I did not experience a negative outcome with Pinky. As always I swipe my lips with Burts Bees lip balm in honey before I apply any lip colors so I did the same before applying this. Paired with my MAC Candy Yum Yum its a nice match. No bleeding, no difficulty in lining….I will be repurchasing this.

Not exactly “pink” on my lips. I’m very pale and this liner looks more like a dark rose color on me.
UPDATE: I’ve ended up liking this lip liner best of all the ones I own. Including M.A.C. ones. It works with so many of the colors I like now. I just bought two more.

NYX lip liners are very dry and chalky. I definitely prefer Prestige’s lip liners (same price range too), which are much more pigmented and easy to blend on the lip. This color is much darker on my lips that it appears in the pencil form. Not very flattering on my pale skin, and I imagine other people would be disappointed that it’s not the neon pink expected.

This lip liner is a bright matte deep pink. It is very pretty but way to bold for my pale skin tone. It does not have a scent and it is a pencial that you have to sharpen. It stays on well and I would recomend this brand to everyone but not this color unless you like bold colors.

This is my first time purchasing NYX lip liners. I spent about $4.00 at a recent BOGOF sale, and had a hard time determining the colors from the website. The lip pencils are extra long and a great value at $2.00 each. Pinky turned out to be very bright, neon, and not my style. This liner works okay w/light pink lip gloss ~ if I use it sparingly.
I like the consistency and staying power of the lip liners. I was quite impressed with how soft they are. I didn’t have any problems with breakage when I sharpened them. I use a PX pencil sharpener that works like a dream. I like the NYX lip liners, but not this color…

These NYX liners are great in some ways – there’s a good colour selection, they are creamy so comfortable when worn as a lipstick base, they are excellent value. What I don’t like, though, is that I find them tricky to sharpen (they are soft, so have a tendency to crumble unless I’m really careful), and the colours aren’t always what I anticipate. ‘Plush Red’ on me turns out quite pink (a fuchsia shade) and ‘Pinky’ is therefore an uber-pink. For reference, my lips are a light plummy shade; a blue-toned pink. ‘Pinky’ on me is a striking neon pink, an electroclash, eighties or nu-rave statement pink – so be warned if you are after something soft or subtle. I won’t repurchase this particular shade (the pencil is so long that I shouldn’t need to, anyway!)

Got this BOGOF through Cherry Culture. Luckily, I only spent .50 on this. This isn’t very pink, it’s fuschia!! I don’t have much need for a fuschia lip liner though.
