This is something I have needed in my toolbox but had not found – until now. When using it to outline lips (as shown in the video), it is soft and applies easily. If I try to use it all over the lip, it is too hard. I soften it on one of my make-up lights and it works fine. I was not certain what color to buy and am still not certain it was the right choice. If I get another, I will have to go to a BB counter and try them out

This is a really pretty pink-brown lip liner. The formula feels really nice and creamy. It applied very easily and doesn’t skip on the lips when applying. The pencil itself is soft of the lips but not too soft that it would crumble and break. I also find it very convenient that it comes with a sharpener so you don’t have to buy an additional product. This colour is a great everyday colour which I use with pink and neutral lipstick and glosses.

What was I thinking when I purchaed this liner? Not only was it pricey ($20), but I would bet most drugstore liners are better than this. It was diffiult to apply and it was not creamy at all. It felt so dry on my lips. Plus, the color was all wrong for my fair complexion (so that part is my fault). Needless to say, I am returning this one!

I’ve been trying to find the perfect liner for my lips from my now favorite makeup brand. I tried Mauve, which was too light and not cool enough, Rose, which was too red, and now Rum Raisin, which is almost perfect. A little bit darker than I hoped, but definitively the right tone. It’s neutral enough, not to cool and not too much brown. I definitively need a deep colour to line my lips (I know it sounds bad but my lips look feathered with a liner that’s too light), and this one is just a teeny bit darker than my lips, but the exact match. It works with all my lipsticks. I gave it 4 lippies because I prefer a mechanical pencil and it’s quite expensive, but I love how creamy it is and how nicely it applies. Will buy again.
