These used to be my favourite lip liners before finding Charlotte’s Pillow Talk and forgetting all the rest. Have repurchased Pale Pink (cool flesh toned pink, my everyday lip liner) and Ballet Pink (similar to the previous only more neutral) multiple times. Also Sangria is a lovely brick burgundy. I still wear them often but mostly to use up really.

I have the new formula, the one without the brush on one side. They are expensive but worth the money. I have the color beige and pale mauve. I love them both but my favorite is beige, it is more neutral but doesnt wash me out. These lip liners are very creamy, they are mat but they DO NOT dry my lips down and are superrr long wearing on me. They have a lot of wearable colours. In the past i tried some lip liners but I found them too drying and when i tried this one i fell in love. Now i do prefer to use a lip liner all over my lips than a lipstick. I am in love with them.

I have two of these liners. Now they are just called lip liners BTW. I have Slopes and Sangria. Both are nice, but I don’t use Sangria that often. Sangria is a deep ruby red. It’s nice for a night out. Slopes on the other hand has become one of my new favorite lip products. Because it’s a pencil, it stays on for a while. I fill my lips in completely with Slopes. Sometimes I’ll leave it matte. Other times I’ll put a clear gloss over it. Slopes is described as a flushed red. It’s not really that red. It’s pretty natural looking. However, with the gloss over it, it does look almost red.

For a lip liner that cost me almost $30, I definitely expected better than this. Don’t get me wrong, it’s decent, but it’s FAR from the best lip liner on the market and it’s definitely not worth the hefty price tag.
Many people love the creamy texture of this liner, but I don’t really think that “creamy” is what you should be looking for in a lip liner. In order for a liner to really hold your lipstick in place, it needs to have somewhat of a dry texture. This lip liner is more like lipstick in pencil form. For me, it did absolutely nothing to prolong the life of my lipstick. On the contrary, this liner actually feathered and bled quite terribly lol. Might as well just wear lipstick alone.
On the plus side, it does glide on nicely and it can be used all over the lips without dryness or discomfort. The shades are lovely as well.
Sorry Bobbi, but you’ve disappointed me with this product. I’ll stick to my NYX Slim, Urban Decay & MAC Pro Longwear Lip Pencils.

Have this in Beige and it makes me feel like a true sexpot. You can find me many nights wearing this paired with MAC’s snob l/s and a pink gloss. It’s easier to apply than any other lipliner on the market and lasts forever. It’s a little pricey, but so worth it.

I have this liner in Brownie, which is a neutral, nude-ish look for those of us with pinky-brown lightly pigmented lips. It wears well and is creamy enough to smudge so you don’t get a line. I have used it over my entire lip area without dryness. Comes with a sharpener. I wish the pencil was not made of wood, though, because those types of pencils tend to dry out more quickly.

Ballet Pink – Finally a lip liner that matches my pale lips. It’s so hard to find a liner that’s not brownish.

I am not a huge fan of Bobbi Brown’s line because I find the colors flat and the products greasy. However, this lip liner is outstanding. The flat colors of the pencil look very natural, and because it’s somewhat greasy — you could say creamy — they are easy to apply and feel moist on your lips. I enjoy wearing the liner alone, but if you put a little lipstick or gloss on top it looks great too. I definitely recommend this product.

I purchased Bobbi Brown’s “Brown” lip liner. Although the colour is great, there are chemicals in the lip liner that make me sick and make my tongue feel gritty and numbish. I suspect there is some kind of toxin in the ingredients. If you smell the lipliner, it smells oddly of pencil — and pencils used to be made with lead? Unfortunately I am not able to recommend this product. I want my $20 back but unfortunately I bought it across the border and it’s not worth the trip back down just for this.
