I cant decide if I like this. The shade is basically sheer. I would only use this over a lipstick….

As of lately I’ve been on a matte lip kick, and haven’t shown my (extensive) lipgloss collection a whole lot of love, but this gloss is so wearable, if you’re at all into nude shades, sooner or later it calls your name.
Let me just say, in terms of both color and formula it is a dupe for NARS’ Chihuahua, and you get similar amounts of product in both. The only glaring difference, of course, is the price. Chihuahua will set you back over $20, while Super Natural doesn’t even dent you a Hamilton. So, while I own and love both, I’d highly recommend this color to anyone who is looking for a quality nude lipgloss.
The tube is actually pretty sleek looking, and a good size. Doesn’t leak or feel cheap. The formula is not at all sticky, but it is shiny and semi-opaque with a medium rosy brown nude color. It adds a pop of color to my face, but on someone of a medium complexion it could be a great YLBB shade.
On all counts, this wins the Most Wearable Lipgloss award. Not only is it sold pretty much everywhere and reasonably priced, the color can be layered over anything and everything. It can deepen up too-pale lipsticks, add shine and warmth to nudes, or lighten up darker colors. It has its own color, and I wore it on its own today and it looked great, but I usually prefer to wear a lipstick under glosses for more color and longer wear. This gloss lasts a reasonable length of time, but my longitivity expectations for glosses aren’t as high as they are for lipsticks; they just have a different purpose and a thinner formula, so it goes without saying you’re going to need to reapply this throughout the day.
Truthfully, I can’t imagine this gloss looking bad on anyone. There are plenty of products I like, but I acknowledge they have a limited appeal. This isn’t one of them. Can’t recommend highly enough!

It was a gift from a friend…My prob NC 42 ish medium toned brown skin is a tad too dark for it to do much of anything other than a slight hue., but I still really like it. It does not feel all gooey and or sticky on my mouth & there’s zero color transfer on my teeth. It looks great when I coat it over my lipliners that I often use as a lipstick as it certainly diminishes that dry lip look. I feel like my lips are beautifully moisturized throughout the entire day of wear…Oh, and speaking of wear, I find that it lasts on my lips for hours when not eating or drinking of course. I may not purchase this particular shade in the future, but certainly will invest in others from this gloss line. Good stuff indeed.

I was rummaging through my friend’s makeup bag and came across an almost empty tube of this gloss. I told her about it and she immediately jumped up and got another from a bag across the room. She told me this is her all-time favorite. Skip ahead a couple hours, and we are getting ready to go the fair, and she applied it. To me, it looked milky on her lips, but I decided to try it (with a separate disposable lip wand), and immediately fell in love!
I am allergic to cosmetic glitter used in glosses, and am happy to report there is nothing in this gloss besides creamy, smooth goodness!
It does wear off faster than others, but I am ok with it. It is definitely a MLBB type of gloss 🙂

This is it! I have been searching for a gloss that would create a healthy natural lip. Applied with a light hand, this is opaque enough to lighten my pigmented lips but still has slight transparency for a natural finish.
Super Natural is the perfect milky pinky nude with a light, gel-like texture. It is comfortable to wear and not drying at all. It has no shimmer and is completely awesome.

This has become my go-to lipgloss for days when I am running out of time and have to fly out the door, and for a finishing touch on a more “done” makeup day.
This color looks opaque in the tube, but is actually a sheer milky neutral pink shade. Very little color on your lips, but enough that you look like you put in some effort and it has a nice shine, too. I specifically like to use this with Tarte’s Matte Lip Tint in Exposed – the really compliment each other well.
I have always thought Revlon has great products at a good price point, but have become frustrated in recent years that they keep changing and updating products, which doesn’t allow me to easily repurchase things I love after 6 months or so of use. I bought three of these lipglosses just for that purpose – I don’t want to run out!!

My HG lipgloss. I’ve recently started getting into lip glosses, and really wanted a nude one. I really wanted to like Gerard Cosmetics’ lipgloss in Nude due to its terrific pigmentation, but the shade is too peachy a nude for me. It’s perfect for toning down darker lipsticks, and my HG lip combo is that paired with 1995. This Revlon gloss is everything I was looking for, definitely a must have! Especially to those who are only just venturing into this new world of lip glosses! It really is foolproof and just a basic lipgloss.

This is just meh for me, it was so sheer. It’s a mauvey plum shade, too cool toned to be MLBB, was hoping this would give a bit better color pay off, the sheerness of it was a disappointment to me tbh I was expecting it to be more opaque because I saw a YouTube guru rave that it was one of her best 20 for under $20 & her fave lipgloss. YMMV of course but this wasn’t a winner. I am going to try this w some other lipliners like Rimmel east end snob or MAC soar. I hate throwing away makeup so I will try to find a use for it. If I lose this I can’t see that it would be a big deal (lol!).

I haven’t used the old formula, so I can’t compare it to that. The one I purchased is in the round bottle.
I really like the formula. It goes on nicely, and doesn’t get sticky. It is a bit more on the sheer side, but I like that, because it layers nicely over many lipstick shades. I think it has just enough color to wear on it’s own for a MLBB look.
No glitter! Just a nice glossy shine.
Typically I have a hard time finding lip products that are not drying to my lips. With this, I only notice a very slight drying after wearing for a full day.
The packaging is a little deceiving. If you look at the bottom, you can see you get a thin tube of product, surrounded by a whole lot of plastic. Honestly, I don’t mind though. The price point on this is great. (picked it up for under $5 at Ulta)
Right now, it’s my HG gloss. I wish they had more shades.

This lipgloss is such a pretty every day color. It’s fairly pigmented, goes no smoothly, and is a beautiful MLBB shade. It’s not crazy shiny, more naturally shiny. I love the tube-sleek and small. The price is nice. My only problem is that on bare lips it sucks them dry! I don’t expect it to be moisturizng, but I really don’t like it drying my lips out. It would be perfect but for that. So I’ll use it up, but I won’t buy it again. Probably stick to NYX megashine in natural.
