I was not very impressed with this lip treatment.
It was basically a clear lipgloss, and did not make my lips feel any better than most lipgloss. At this price point, it should heal them, and make me breakfast too. It did neither.

I bought this in Rose, a darker though still demure brown red color. The packaging is really nice and convenient, though I don`t like the doe foot applicator as much: I have a small mouth and it`s a pain to apply this on thin lips and avoid bleeding outside the borders. The color is nothing special, okay for an office look, but I would prefer a little more color payoff at this price point. Not crazy about the fragrance. It does moisturize my lips, but for 6 hours as the package claims? I don`t know, maybe, but just because the color fades so quickly that I find myself constantly reapplying. My advice: if you want something similar to this but which works WAY BETTER, try Etvos Mineral Lip Plumpers. These are organic, fragrance-free, and more long-lasting. The color Cranberry is very similar to Rose.

I purchased this in honey. It is much warmer than the lip balm stick. Very flattering on my nc40 skin tone. I would describe is as a tan peachy nude. Has iridescent shimmers. Looks lovely. I don’t find it moisturizing but it is not drying either.

This lip gloss looked really pretty and claimed to be a lip treatment so I bought it. But it is not a lip treatment at all. it is only a clear gloss. I would never buy it again because there are many less expensive clear lip glosses. It was a huge letdown. also as far as shinyness goes, it wasnt more shiny than other lipglosses. lancome juicy tubes have a lot more shine. the nice thing about this is the smell is quite pleasant, the applicator feels nice on my lips, and it isnt too sticky. but clearly i am really digging here if i am commending the pleasant sensation of the applicator on my lips. i mean who cares.
also dont be fooled by the very pretty colour that this gloss appears to be in the tube. it just goes on clear.

Sugar Shine Lip Treatment comes boxed in a 6ml wand tube with doe-foot applicator. It is priced at $18.50. The packaging is good quality; clear tube (appears double walled), sturdy silver toned collar and neck section detail with bronzey-plum toned screw top with doe foot applicator. As a lip treatment this product unfortunately fails for me – I expect a lip treatment to make my lips feel soft and moisturized for a good few hours and I had to reapply this constantly 3-5 times in an hour as my lips felt dry very quickly. It did seems to smooth my lips and the shine is not an overtly high gloss, which I like. As a straightforward lip gloss this is fairly good, it looks good on it’s own and over lip pencil. There is a slight stickiness to it but not overly so. I *may* purchase this again as a gloss, indeed I might try one of the colored options. I knocked stars off because it is promoted as a lip treatment and for me it does not fulfill this function.

This is supposed to be a lip treatment, but in gloss form. I just do not see this happening, as it is hardly moisturizing. The Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments are so much more moisturizing plus they provide pigment. This is a clear gloss that wears off after about fifteen minutes. Not impressed.
