I’ve used up so many of these and have so many lying around, I’ve lost count. The fact that I use them up means these just work, they are low maintenance with a high maintenance finish. My lips can look like a mummy from neglect but these are treatment, colour and are very forgiving. If there is one lip product for me to choose, it would be this. The finish is balmy satin but not too glossy and can be layered for a more intense finish. Everything else in this line is ho-hum, a bit tweeny and I don’t like their skincare/base at all but THIS is a WINNER!! you can buy this blind and all the colours look great. I prefer the traditional colours rather than the transparent range. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed. Colour range is great and they keep bringing out LE ones too for change of seasons. I like these better than their traditional lippies too.

I’m reviewing the Canmake Stay-on Balm Rouge Tint, which looks very similar to the rouge version, but with only 4 colours.
For the Balm Rouge Tint, I have them in T01,T02 and T03. The only one I don’t have is T04. All the colours look natural, and the balm itself provides good moisture for about 2 hours. I also like the colours. It stains the lips after the balm wears off , so you’re left with a natural tint of colour. I’ve taken to wearing these instead of lipsticks coz they last much longer and are more hydrating.

Cute packaging. I like the colour for me. Moisturizing formula though once I eat, the colour will be wiped off.

This is my go to tinted color balm for summer. I always wear the one in orange, and it`s pretty easy to apply, even without a mirror. It is a sheer color, but more pigmented than other tinted lip balms I have tried from Rohto. It indicates that it has some UV protection, but there is no SPF indication on the package, so I am not sold on this. I just like it because it`s cheap, pigmented enough for an easy breezy summer look, easy to use, and, fingers crossed, protects my lips against UV damage(just to be safe I add a separate UV protector on top). The only downside is the packaging, which is cheap and some of the product tends to smear on the inside. Not bad though, compared to Fresh`s lip colors, which, although lovely, are a mess to use in hot weather, and far more expensive than Canmake.

I bought the red color which was a mistake because I didn’t really like how it looked on my lips, a more natural pink color might be a better option. However it’s a lip balm and it does what a lip balm does. Bought this product because of the cute packaging and flowers design, wouldn’t really repurchase it because overall it’s a so-so product.

Stay on balm rouge is basically a sheer high shine lipstick (much like a tinted lipbalm). Despite its glossy finish, it is a bit drying on my lips and of course the color payoff is poor. Its an ok product if thats what ure looking for but its not for me. Not repurchasing.

HG tinted lip balm! <3 Here's a small list of available colours with the description according to Canmake:
#02 Smily Gerbera // A bright, stylish orange.
#03 Sweetpea // A pure red that highlights your complexion.
#05 Flowing Cherry Petal // A pink that offers a short-cut to girlishness.
#06 Sweet Clematis // Pink Beige which we can use without choosing a sence.
#08 Juicy Peony // An eye-catching vivid pink.
#09 Masquerade Bud // A dark red that blends in softly.
#10 Flowery Princess // A bright, glamorous coral red.
#11 Raspberry Rose // A luscious, sophisticated reddish-pink.
#12 Little Plum Candy // A cute, bright red.
I'm using #08 Juicy Peony on a daily base and I love it. I usually just line my lips and follow up with this balm, it gives me such a nice polished look, the colour is like an upgrade of my own lip colour. What I love about this is that it's not too glossy, just hydrating with a nice tint and a subtile glow, which makes your lips look juicier. I'll definitely get all of them, since Canmake lip balms are like Pokémon - gotta catch 'em all.

Maybe it’s the shade I picked but I found this just to be soso (shade 2 is a orange tint which looked like my many other orange tints).
The balm is very glossy on application and makes me feel like a glossy mess when the weather is hot (fyi, i’m not big on the glossy lips look).
The shape, size and placement of the turning mechanism is also poorly considered imo as I find it to be too long and the twisting part to be too far down for when your in a rush to put the product on.

Nice, slightly waxy feel, but the carnation-pink shade is just a tad too opaque for my taste.

Firstly, I have very dry lips and put lip balm on about every half an hour. My skin is light medium between NC25-NC30.
Best lipbalm/stain EVER. I wore this in 06 for my graduation ceremony as a my lips but better shade (MLBB). Was super moisturising and also stained my lips a pretty nude pink – no need for lip balm and a drying lip stain combo (better than the innisfree lip rouge, aritaum honey melting tints) and also around the same price range (if you buy it in Japan).
I want to buy all the shades!
