I ADORE this gloss, although I would call it a liquid lipstick, personally. High color is right! The bright color lasts all. day. long. It has the staying power of a serious lip stain, but is also incredibly moisturizing. I have parched lips, and this is one of the very few formulas that neither causes, nor sticks to flakes of skin (sorry if that was some gross imagery). The initial shine does mattify a bit throughout the day, but that doesn’t bother me. Like I said, it’s anything but drying. It’s also not at all sticky like many glosses. It feels quite silky, really.
The color looks intimidating in the bottle, but is GORGEOUS on. It’s more of a deep fuchsia than a true purple, so no worries about feeling like you’re doing your face up for Halloween. It’s still not for the meek, but I find it incredibly flattering. It really brightens my fair complexion and compliments my blue-green eyes.
The packaging is nice and sturdy, and the applicator works well at evenly distributing the color. i never feel the need to use a lip brush. I also don’t feel the need to use a liner, because the color never bleeds.
Honestly, I love this product so much, I wear almost every time I have a cool-toned outfit on. And I have not had to repurchase! I’m not sure how long I’ve had it, but it’s definitely been more than several months. And when I do run out, I will be repurchasing immediately, because I don’t think I can live without t!

Strange shade, I like it thou! NYX Berry Strudel is a dupe but I got this as a 100 point perk from Sephora & I don’t know what possessed me to buy the full sized but doggone I did it in a weaker moment & it looks um, like “interesting” ESP w all purple makeup or UD Naked Smoky kind of rock star glam just different than anything I own. I only wear this a little bit but I’m going to try wearing it more often as it was $20 bucks so I really kind of regret buying it but it is what it is.

I was on the hunt for a purple(ish) lip gloss since Asphyxia lip gunk by UD had been discontinued. This one is bolder, which is what I was looking for any way. It has a lot of pigment for a gloss, but when you blend, you are able to control the intensity of the look. Using a small amount can give the appearance of it being slightly pinky-purple. It is shiny, without being glittery or shimmery and creates a sleek, smooth look. It’s different and offbeat for the “average” makeup wearer, but that’s one of the reasons I like it. I have cool-toned skin and find that eyeshadows and lip colors with some purple in it actually look really good. Wearing this with a grey or silver eye shadow is great for completing a unique, gorgeous look.
