I purchased a lot of 20 of the Kleancolor Madly Matte lipglosses from shopHush about a year ago. They were mostly neutral colors and overall flattering. There was a really wide disparity in the quality of these matte lipglosses. Some remained sticky on the lips or flaked or were horribly drying. Others were absolutely perfect; comfortable, lasted forever, etc. I don’t know if the differences in quality are lot or color specific. Since these were so cheap, I would recommend buying a color if you like it. If it’s one of the ones that aren’t so good, you’re not out that much money

I tried these about a year ago from Shop Hush, I just tried two different colors. Put each of them on half my lips for a couple minutes to see how they’d look, looked pretty good and pigmented, probably pretty sticky though and I have tried using them as eyeliner and they don’t work the best as that either and get quite sticky yet sheered out in some spots.
They came off pretty ok with just a mineral oil type of product, and probably just a makeup wipe works too. Problem is, though, my lips ended up really messed up for months until I switched lip balms (at least twice, trying to find one that works by rotating between ones I have and buying one) and eventually got Rosebud salve which slowly fixed the basically chronically crusty, peeling lips that I had for about 2 months (not sure if vitamin e in other balms was a problem or what, but im normally not that sensitive). So probably don’t buy $1 liquid lipsticks, get wet n wild or something. I wish there were more reviews on these out there when I bought mine.

NEVER WEAR THIS. I bought this product in a metallic purple color. its very pretty and goes on smooth. but after a few minutes it starts flaking off which wasn’t surprising because it was so cheap. anyways, when I took it off a few hours later my lips were destroyed. they were sore, peeling, dry, chapped, and I could feel them throbbing. My poor lips were recovering for over a week, it was HORRIBLE. I threw it away immediately. Also it smells like playdough.

DO NOT buy these. I purchased the LG 1815 set from Amazon. It smells like playdough and feels like glue like what they use in mouse traps. I had to smeer layers of bees wax balm on my lips to remove it. I swatched it on my wrist and it dried quickly and when I tried to wash it off it hurt like when you wash off the sticky residue left from bandaids. If all of that wasn’t bad enough when I finally got it all off I noticed my lips were badly swollen. I could tell at first that something felt weird when I rubbed my lips together to make sure the sticky stuff was off. My lips felt thick and I couldn’t speak correctly, I thought at first perhaps I was just speaking too quickly and getting tripped on my words then I rubbed my lips together and the thickness wasn’t ignorable. Please for your health do not purchase these. I bought a wonderful quality thing of red matte lip gloss from Dollar General for 2 bucks and it works very lovely. The brand from Dollar General is L.A. Colors. It’s not worth a trip to the hospital and if I had left it on longer that’s where I would have gone. Not only were they swollen they began to tingle and burn after removal before I put some lip balm on which soothed the burning but the tingling took about an hour to go away.

So I saw this at a beauty supply & figured sure, two bucks? why not?? wrong…. when you put it on it does not feel fully dry and like the last review said leaves a very sticky feel even after 45 minutes of application the colors are nice but definitely not worth feeling uncomfortable for.
Please spend the extra couple dollars on Nyx or elf lipstick products. Sorry kleancolor, definitely a miss on this one ;/

Wow… for the price, I got it from shopmissa for like $1 but the shipping & else make it $3 .
It’s just not worth it, I got the shade cheeky. it’s too light fot me, I look pale and sick.. ( I’m NC20)
I also do not enjoy the formulation, way too sticky and hard to remove . Even after removing it, the glue-sticky feeling are still there! I didn’t wear it for long time, just a few minutes of wearing. because it’s sooo not comfortable I don’t want to open my mouth 😡

I bought one at my local beauty supply store and it doesn’t have a name just a number 1620 and it is exactly like mac magenta lip pencil mixed with mac pink pigeon in color. The texture is a liquid matte lipstick it remains a bit sticky but the color is pretty but im not a fan of liquid lipsticks ill stick with lipglosses. Update I bought the madly matte in the color Cupid and it’s the same color as Mac Saint Germain but it applies patchy and thin and it’s not a good choice I will stick with darker colored liquid lipsticks because pinks no matter the brand seem to be patchy the lighter pinks that is. I wish I could return this.

Didn’t see any review on MA so I thought Id start one. I bought this on a whim from a website. I usually don’t like to buy much from Kleancolor because their products can be a hit or miss. But this is DEFINITELY a hit. It says lip gloss on the packaging but it really acts like a liquid lipstick. I bought the color Futuristic which is a hot pink. The applicator is a doe foot applicator, but slightly longer than the average which can make it a little awkward when trying to get a precise application but its not so weird that its uncomfortable. They apply nicely and they do dry to a matte but not so dry where you feel like you have to apply lip balm asap. And they have awesome staying power. It leaves a slight stain afterwards and that’s a plus if you’re lazy like me when it comes to reapplying. The packaging is ok. Its in a glass wand with a matte black top. These come in many different shades and I’ve seen good reviews on Amazon about them. So if you’re looking for a good matte lip or don’t want to shell out the cash or just both, then these should be a staple in your makeup collection.
